I used to use the Citibank Forward exclusively when I was in college and it was a fantastic first credit card. It gave me a $500 limit with no credit history and allowed me to build up my credit score. APR was a bit high but goes down every year. It also has a decent rewards system. One thing that I really have to compliment is their online banking system. Always worked promptly without any issues at all.

I have two Citibank cards. I got both of them when they were offering 0% on balance transfers for a period of time. I have been happy with them overall. The rates are reasonable after the offer period and their mobile apps make payments quick and easy. They had long 0% periods, I believe 18 months, which really help cut down some debt while making essentially the same payment as I was before I transferred the balances. Balance transfer cards are all that I apply for anymore because I am trying to save myself some interest, and I recommend Citibank to anyone looking for such a card. I have not more

I have the Citi Diamond Preferred Card. It's been very useful for me. It was the first credit card I've ever gotten and I haven't switched since. I, too, get Thank You points on my purchases. I haven't had any problems. If I have had a question, I just call customer service and the friendly people there help me out a lot. I would highly recommend this card, especially for first time credit card holders.

I have a Citibank Thank You Preferred credit card. Not only does it have no annual fee, but I get Citibank Thank you points whenever I use the card to make purchases. I also get double points on dining and entertainment purchases which is great because I do often go to the cinema to watch lots of movies, even if I don't dine out all that much. I can use the Thank You points to redeem cash rewards and I also link my Citibank Thank You Preferred credit card to my Amazon.com which enables me to use my Thank You points to buy stuff on Amazon.com, which I love because more

Currently I use a Citibank credit card as one of my cards. Personally Citibank has been one of the easiest companies to work with. They offer great customer support and the card works nearly everywhere. Only once was I unable to use my card. But it was because of the store I was at not the card.
