Compare U.S. Bank credit cards to offers from other issuers
While the U.S. Bank name has been around since the late 1800’s, it wasn’t until 1988 when the first in a series of mergers and acquisitions involving more than 50 regional banks took place that the company became what it is today -- the 5th largest commercial bank in the United States, operating 3,086 branches and 5,086 ATMs nationwide. U.S. Bank credit cards are known for their rewards, with the company offering a range of co-branded cards in conjunction with corporate partners as well as a number of cards under its own FlexPerks brand name. According to the 2012 J.D. Power & Associates Credit Card Satisfaction Study, U.S. Bank credit card users also tend to be more satisfied with their selection than the average consumer, largely as a result of attractive product terms and superior dispute resolution. However, that doesn’t mean you should automatically apply for a U.S. Bank credit card. Unless you have a specific reason to get a card from one particular bank or another, we recommend comparing offers across all issuers in order to find the best possible terms.
