I travel a lot due to family and just the overall thrill of going to new places. I'm not really that old and I haven't really been flying for a long time so I actually looked up any way that could help me fly more for cheap and give me a better overall experience as a flyer. That's when I stumbled across this card, I get awarded and get great perks just for doing what I know I will be doing a lot of. Considering I live in Atlanta which is a hub city for Airtran, and my parents live in Charlotte, it was only natural for me to get the Airtran Rewards Card. I fly home atleast 5 times a month to visit my family and the rewards I receive using this card for everyday purchases and shopping add up quickly. The introductory offer is a nice bonus to the sign on and the interest rates are acceptable to me considering the perks I get using this airline on a regular basis. Their online services are top notch, and any time I've had to deal with customer service, I have had positive experiences. more

I always fly on Southwest or Airtran because they have the best rates, so this card is perfect for me. I travel for business and pleasure, and I get to pay with my own card and get paid back from my employer so it is a win win using my card. The rates are low and the yearly fee isn't bad for what you get. It is great to get rewarded for things I do already. I have gotten quite a few free flights so far, and hope to keep earning more! It's nice you get rewards for all purchases, not just airline tickets.

I got this card because I fly Southwest Airlines a lot, and I figured hey, why not. It'd help save me a little bit of money on flights, since I travel so much. The problem is, the customer service this company offers for this card is absolutely terrible. I have never had a good experience talking to a customer service representative on the phone when I have a question about anything to do with this card. In fact, some of them (read: most of them) are just flat out rude. And even when I get one that isn't rude, they still don't know what they're talking about. On top of more
