The Ann Taylor Mastercard looks fairly descent. My wife shops there all the time so I like the idea of 10% off all her purchases plus 5% rewards back. I even like the $15 birthday gift. Also, unlike my Home Depot card this will allow balance transfers and I can use it for other purchases outside of Ann Taylor affiliates. However, what I do not like is the high APR. 24.99% is very steep and unlike my Home Depot card there does not appear to be a six months same as cash option if you hit a preset dollar amount on your purchases. For example, if I spend $299 or more

The Ann Taylor MasterCard's in-store 5 for $1 point earnings beats most other store credit cards I've seen! If you frequently shop at Ann Taylor or the LOFT, this is a great card. The APR is high but pretty standard, and you can get around it by paying off the card immediately every time you use it. I really like the bonus earnings-- $20 rewards card for every 2,000 points, $15 birthday gift... it's clear they value their customer base and want to offer incentives for staying loyal to the store/brand. With the 5 for $1 points also applying to online purchases, I don't see why you wouldn't just do more

If you're an Ann Taylor fan, this is the card for you. You earn rewards on everything you spend towards future Ann Taylor purchases. No annual fee, otherwise standard card features allow you to get the max out of this card. Plus you get it with all the perks of a Mastercard which is accepted almost anywhere that accepts cards.

I think its a great card. Not only do you get a discount, but you also get rewards just for using the card. I also like that if you need just a little bit more time to pay your bill you have a 23 day grace period. Last of all you can't beat getting a $15 gift for your birthday.

I personally love shopping at Ann Taylor so when I learned they offer a credit card, how could I resist? I definitely take advantage of this 15% discount and then there is also no annual fee. I'm constantly earning Perfect Rewards Points with every purchase and then there is the $15 Birthday Gift. The Ann Taylor Credit Card is definitely my go-to card!

The Anne Taylor credit card is average. The nice thing about it is that there is no annual fee and online account management. Another nice idea from the creators of the card was there is no max over limit or max penalty fee or APR, which helps saving money. It is also convenient for those who shop at Ann Taylor and/or LOFT. I think some of the negative aspects of the card are the 3% foreign transaction fee, some cards such as Visa Black card has a 0% foreign transaction fee and concierge service. I also think that the cash advance rate is extremely high at about 25%. The same more

The Ann Taylor Credit Card is good for those starting out in the credit world and is a bonus for those that shop at Ann Taylor.

For example if you use cash or debit on what they consider a eligible purchase and with that purchase you spend $100 you would be paying the full face value with cash or debit. With this card you would effectively receive back $5 if the purchase was made at an Ann Taylor Store or $1 back on any other purchase. Not to mention you would save an initial 15% when you open the card and a bonus $20 every $2000 spent and $15 for more

I love the idea of this Anne Taylor credit card. I can wrack up the points extremely fast. I wish the Grace period was a little longer. On my Chase card it is 30 days and the Purchase Apr and Cash advance Apr are through the roof but other then that the terms are great. I would definitely would get this card.

Anne Taylor is a really nice store. I shop there all the time for my wife and sisters, so having a specific card for the store really is very convenient. I think it will definitely come in handy since Christmas is coming up. I use this card and my GAP card a lot but I like this one better because of the many features and because I shop there more. One thing I do not like is the cash advance rate. It does seem a bit high when you compare it to others. I have not had to use it like this yet, but if I ever needed to, it more

My wife loves to shop at the Anne Taylor clothing store online, and this card offers a 15% discount in addition to a rewards program. With no annual fee, this card is definitely worthwhile. I would prefer a straight cash percentage program to reward card usage, as with the Capital One Quicksilver, for example, but the savings with this card are a true value. I think my wife will be applying for this one today.

first of all I love the fact that Ann Taylor offers a credit card because I am always in this store. about 4 months ago I went to this store and the cashier offered me this card. I had a purchase for about 500.00 and when she told me about the 15% off I signed up for that card on the spot. I saved over 75.00 in that purchased. That to me is real savings, the only thing I dont like is that it is a store card and it doesn't have a visa or mastercard logo on it. I wish it did so I can more and more every time I shop.

The Ann Taylor credit cars is comparable to a lot of store dedicated cards in that it offers a good discount when purchasing in the store (15%) and a pretty average APR of 24.99%. There is nothing too out of the ordinary for this card. If you like to shop at Ann Taylor then I would recommend this card, otherwise I think it would be beneficial to find another card that offers perhaps some better reward incentives.

Despite this cards high interest rate, it's a good value -- if you don't put too much on it. I used to shop more often at Ann Taylor, but lately I find a lot more I like at the Loft. It's nice that I can use the Ann Taylor credit card there, too. The best thing about this card is the points you earn. If you can manage to pay it off each month, it's a great deal. Ann Taylor is a higher end store, and cards like this make it easier to buy the things you like without going bankrupt. A bonus -- you can use it at the more

The Ann Taylor/ Master Card offers the standard 15% 'special discount' on your first use o the card. It does not give you instant credit online like most store charge accounts do. Other cards such as my Kohl's Card offer special discounts up to 12 times a year of between 15% to 30%. but can only be used at Kohl's. With excellent credit I don't usually pay 24.99% interest so that is high. I don't like the fat that it says maximum late fee is $35 one place and another gives a sliding scale of up to $39. The $10 minimum for cash advance fee is high, but the card more

Overall this card looks like a great option. My only concern was that they mention the $35 Max late fee but if you check the little question mark, it acutally tiers up to $39. That may not seem like much but there is something to be said for Truth in Advertising...

I love the Ann Taylor Credit Card! In my opinion it is one of the best store credit cards I have ever had! The 15% off at any Ann Taylor, LOFT, or Factory Store is FABULOUS. The rewards are even better! I earn 5 points any time I shop in store or online at Ann Taylor or LOFT and 1 point when I shop anywhere else! Compared to other store cards I have had this is far and away the best in regard to discount and rewards. To put the icing on the cake I get a great birthday coupon and specials and sneak peeks throughout the year that customers more

The Ann Taylor Credit Card is fantastic for those who shop at Ann Taylor frequently. There is a discount applied when opening the card, which allows you to buy that new suit, for a much more appealing price! It does not have an annual fee, which is more than I can say for my Capital One card, which charges me a monthly fee! The 24.99% APR is on par with most store cards, and the point reward system allows you to reap the benefits of additional spending money.

The Ann Taylor Credit Card is a lot better than other store cards I have seen. 24.9% APR is good, my Old Navy card is 26.9%. There is no higher APR for cash advances and no annual fees. Plus if you shop here frequently, you end up saving a bunch in the points you earn and the 15% off for opening the card is a nice bonus, along with a yearly $15 Off for your birthday.

The most obvious benefit of the Ann Taylor Credit Card is the initial 15% discount on your first purchase at Ann Taylor or LOFT when you open the card. If you intentionally make a large purchase to take advantage of the discount you can save a lot of money.

In addition to the discount, you also accumulate rewards points by using your card normally, which you can later redeem for gift cards. The Ann Taylor Credit Card is very comparable to the Amazon Credit Card, with which you also get an initial discount and earn points from purchases, so it is a very good offer if you do a lot of more

As far as cards go, this one isn't worth writing home about. I don't really see anything special about it or anything that sets it apart from the multitude of other cards out there. While I know this is an Ann Taylor specific card, I still think it would be better to go with a different card that offered better terms and rates. Get a card with a credit union to minimize your APR rate. My ESL credit card has about a 3.99% APR rate. That's my suggestion and opinion at least.

I don't know how widely accepted this card would be. There is a schedule of great rewards that I would be tempted to use if I shopped often at Ann Taylor stores. I don't like the international transaction fee. That would discourage me from using this as my "go to" card.

I think the credit card is great if you shop there. I like the discounts and the point system with which you earn money back. I don't like the interest rate. I think it should be lower and there should be a longer grace period.

The Ann Taylor Credit Card. Well, it starts off nicely with a quick 15% off discount after signing up for the card. After that, people want to start looking at the rewards. Ann Taylor offers a $20 Rewards certificate after accumulating 20,000 points. That equates to every $400 spent at Ann Taylor will get you $20 back. If you want to look at this as cash back, that's 5%. Not exactly extremely enticing, especially after spending $400. Compared to a similar store, New York and Company, it is actually the same exact cash back. However, NY&Co allows you to redeem a $10 coupon after every $200. A little more enticing. more

I shop at Ann Taylor a lot so the Ann Taylor Credit Card is an exciting thing. The initial discount you get when first signing up is great and then you can keep earning rewards after that. The best part is there isn't a limit of the amount of bonus points you can earn. Discount coupons also start coming in the mail once you sign up for the card. The interest rate is kind of high at 24%, but if this is a card you want to pay off as you spend then it won't be a problem. Another plus, no annual fee! Keep that money in your pocket. This more

The Ann Taylor credit card is great for people who shop at Ann Taylor a lot. I often shop at Ann Taylor for business casual clothes. They would give you coupons in the mail for discounts and special sales that they have going on. It's nice because you save a lot of money and Ann Taylor is such an expensive stores. The ann taylor outlets are better because the prices are more affordable and the deals are a lot better than just going to your regular mall. On my birthday, they send me $15 dollars. That's a shirt or maybe a skirt that is on sale that I would get more

The Ann Taylor credit card is a lot like my Gap card, except my Gap card only gave an initial 10% bonus. The rewards and interest rate are similar. I think it’s cool that they give you a discount on your birthday month. I wouldn’t buy anything from Ann Taylor, but I could see myself buying gifts for family members. It would be nice if the birthday month discount was just a general once a year type thing so that men could take advantage of it when buying gifts for others. I don’t believe I will be applying for this card as I don’t have much use for it, but more

My girlfriend loves Ann Taylor, and I feel it would be great to have the Ann Taylor credit card due to the nice discounts, and subsequent deals available for members. Given the initial 15% off the purchase when you sign up, and the later $20 gift card when you accumulate 2000 points. (5 points for each $1=) which is not a lot compared to the $10 reward for every 250 points. Overall, this is a card that you'll enjoy if you're a frequent buyer at the store, and there is no annual fee to speak of, by the way, just watch the high interest rate (24%) and avoid charges by paying on time your balance.

Who’s this Anne Taylor? Is she one of Suze Orman’s competitors or something, and instead of offering a self-branded prepaid card has launched her own credit card? Just jokin, I know Anne Taylor is a clothing store, but the same principle holds true regardless: you shouldn’t get a financial product based on branding alone. That means you need to figure out what the Anne Taylor Credit Card offers. Well, you get 5 rewards points per $1 spent at Anne Taylor Stores (Loft included), either in person or online, a 15% discount the first time you use your Anne Taylor Card, a bonus on your birthday, and 1 point per $1 more
