0% for 15 months* on balance transfers, which is followed by a relatively low regular APR of
14.24% (V). It also has a

As good as the Barclaycard Ring Mastercard is for balance transfers, it’s equally bad for new purchases. The Ring Card does not have rewards, for one thing. There’s also no low intro APR for purchases.

Barclaycard Ring Review Highlights:
Very few fees

Good balance transfer offer
The new Barclaycard Ring offer has a 0% balance transfer APR for the first 15 months, assuming you transfer your balance within 45 days of account opening. There is a 2% balance transfer fee, however. The average balance transfer credit card offers 0% for 12.04 months and charges a 2.71% fee. Any balance transfers posted after the 45 first days will have a $0 balance transfer fee but will accrue interest at the card’s regular APR.
Low regular APR
