Online: Log in to your online account or use the EasyPay feature in order to pay your bill.
Over the phone: Call (844) 271-2778 to make a payment over the phone.
In-store: Visit your nearest Boscov's store to make a payment using cash or a check.
Via mail: To pay your credit card via mail, send a check or money order (but not cash) to:
Comenity Capital Bank PO Box 650964 Dallas TX 75265-0964
If you choose to make a payment via mail, make sure to always send it at least 5-7 days before your due date. Also, include your credit card number on your payment to avoid any processing delays.
Unfortunately, you cannot get a cash advance with your Boscov's Credit Card. This is a store card and it can only be used for purchases at boscovs.com and Boscov's stores.
The fact that Boscov's Credit Card cash advances are not an option might actually be a blessing in disguise. Cash advances are very expensive, due to a cash advance fee and a separate cash advance APR that apply as soon as you withdraw the cash. There may also be...
The Boscov's Credit Card minimum payment is $30 ($37 if you were charged a late fee) or the past due amount plus 5% of plan balance at the end of billing period rounded up to nearest $1 (minimum $5).
Balance below $30: If your statement balance is less than $30 ($37 if you were charged a late fee during the prior six billing periods), the Boscov's Credit Card minimum payment will be equal to the balance.
Balance over $30: If your balance is more than $30 (or $37 if you were charged a late fee during the prior six billing periods), the minimum payment is the past due amount plus 5% of plan balance rounded up to nearest $1 (minimum $5).
Your minimum payment may be different if you choose one of the Boscov's Credit Card's financing plans. In any case, you can find how much exactly your minimum payment is on your monthly statement.
Lastly, keep in mind that, if you recently missed a payment, the issuer may add a late fee (up to $41) to your minimum payment.
You can set up autopay for your Boscov's Credit Card only through your online account. Once you're enrolled, the issuer will withdraw the payment amount from your linked bank account on the scheduled date.
How to Set Up Boscov's Credit Card Automatic Payments
The Boscov's Credit Card may offer 0% APR promotions on certain purchases. It's important to pay off the entire balance before the promotional rate expires, though. That's because the regular APR might apply retroactively from the purchase date if any balance remains after the 0% APR period ends. This is called deferred interest, and it can be quite costly.
Keep in mind that even though you don't pay interest during 0% APR periods, you still must make...
Unfortunately, you cannot check your Boscov's Credit Card application status. Chances are that you'll receive a decision immediately after applying. If you don't get a decision on the spot, then you will receive a letter in the mail in 7-10 business days after applying. If you don't hear back after 10 business days, then call customer service at (844) 271-2778 to ask about the delay.
If your application gets denied, you cannot ask the issuer for reconsideration....

I can't even make a payment because they have not mailed my card out. It's been way over the ten-day mailing period, and I have called them, but they are not helpful. I don't understand how a company can operate that way. And the fact that you're going to charge the interest rate is not going to happen. I have been trying to make a payment for weeks, but without the card number, I can't.

"I enrolled for credit card automated payments in October 2023. Since then, I have been charged a late interest fee. After numerous phone calls and emails, I received a refund for the first interest charge and an apology letter from Comenity Capital Bank (the credit card bank). However, the problem persists... I continue to incur an interest charge with each new billing cycle. Today, I contacted the Coventry Store Manager, Derek Ally (spelling?), and he offered no assistance to address the issue but related that there are many dissatisfied Boscov's credit card consumers and that Boscov's Corporate Credit Management is aware of the problem.
As of today, January 13, 2024, Comenity Capital Bank does not answer their phone. Instead, Comenity offers a secure messaging system. The first message I sent was rejected by Comenity due to a "glitch" in Comenity's system. I rewrote the message and hit send... same response, "Message rejected due to a glitch."
Come on Boscov's... Do you want to lose customers because you are partnered with a problematic credit card company? I thought Boscov's was one of the few businesses left that still had integrity and knew how to run a business. Don't waste my time with credit card incentives, when in exchange, I have to dispute add on credit card charges every month!!

I did get approved for the card, by my payment was late due to not receiving the bill in mail on time as the post office was late delivering it. They still charged me a late fee. I feel that I should not be charged that as I have no control over the United Postal Service. They also reported that my total credit card maximum amount dropped $50 - This is inaccurate as I was never given the amount that they stated to even start with.

Good % off coupons to use in-store and Reward Point Mailers are a nice bonus. Interest rate keeps increasing and it's already over 35% which is the major downfall

Since Bread has bought Comenity they aren’t reporting each month & it’s affecting credit scores. I have multiple cards with them. It’s extremely upsetting. It’s not been updated since June 2022.
