i had the QuickSilverOne Card and i wasn't happy because of the $39 a year annual fee, to me that means this Card was costing me $3.25 each month for 12 months just to have it, so i called CAP ONE and i asked them to convert this Card to their JOURNEY Card that has 1.25% Cash Back and has NO annual fee even though i am NOT a Student and they did it right away, now the JOURNEY Card Cost me nothing and at the end i get more Cashback, i also changed the Design of the JOURNEY Card and now it looks like the other Cards and instead more

I really like the unrestricted cash back, however I'm not pleased with the high interest rate. But, I would recommend it as a good starter card for someone looking to build credit.

I personally love this Capital one Quiksilver one card. It is excepted almost anywhere that I travel. I have definitely been racking up major points lately. Getting rewards with this card is a lot easier than other cards that I've had experience with. I also noticed that customer service is always very helpful, even with the smallest of concerns.

Absolutely love this card! I've had to contact customer service two times due to my confusion and they had been amazing and extremely helpful. I was also late one time and they graciously waived my late fee.

i love THIS CARD. It seems like they really care about the individual and their purchases when you use this card. The rewards options are great and I really have saved money using it. I'd highly recommend it!

I have had some great success with this card. I happen to pay double my monthly payment and therefore, have had frequent credit increases which has helped us with larger home purchases.

I've had an excellent experience with the Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards card so far. I used the cash rewards for a $100 Barnes & Noble gift card that was delivered within a week after I traded in my rewards dollars. The design of the card is thin and sleek and has a good feel about it when used for daily purchases. Also, the 0% interest for 12 months really helped me out of a situation where I was being charged a very high amount of interest by another credit card, and I was able to transfer the balance over to this card and pay it down without any further more

One of the best cash back cards out there. I use it for "big ticket" expenses to maximize rewards i.e. my car, my insurance payments. You can also get decent rewards by shopping through capital one. Interest rate is high, so make sure to pay the balance in full every month. A major improvement over the old card, with which you got 1% and had to wait a year for your.5% bonus. Attractive design, good issuer, 24/7 customer service. I strongly recommend this card.

I applied for this card soon after I turned 18. It helped me build positive credit and taught me a lot about managing my money. It is an excellent card and I recommend it to anybody who needs to build positive credit or who would like to teach their child how to manage their own money.

I applied for this card. I do not have any credit and I'd make a fair amount of money. After being advised that this was the card i should apply for I was declined due to no credit. If you do not have credit don't listen to them and do not apply.

I have the Capital One QuicksilverOne card and it is hands down my favorite card. I really love the cash back feature a lot way better than any other cards I have used in the past. I haven't had much problems with it in the past and if I ever did it was super easy to fix and customer service was really polite. I would recommend this card to any of my friends and family. It has made life a little be easier not having to worry about so much.

Capital One is my hero for my credit card concerns. When I was a student, making nothing to speak of, they offered me credit. Granted, it wasn't the best interest rate initially but that changed with time and effort. Capital One is awesome about reviewing credit for limit increases and lower interest rates, and their customer service is outstanding. I don't have the world's best credit but sometimes my payment history on this card is my saving grace, and I think it's awesome that this company can afford to take risks on individuals like myself. Sometimes it pays off for both parties! I would (and have) recommended Capital One to more

That's great that they're reasonable about limit increases and lowering interest. This has helped me in my decision to upgrade to this credit card, and I want one that will be beneficial for me in the long run. I wonder if you'd have any tips on how to go about requesting those changes? How long did you have the card before making those requests?

My card is the Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards Credit Card. I think this card is absolutely fantastic. I was a college student with absolutely no credit, and really needed to find a card that would help me establish my credit in order to be successful in the future. Well, my problems were solved when I stumbled upon this amazing card. I do pay an annual fee of $39, however, but there is no limit on the cash back that I can earn, and it has really helped me to build a decent credit score, which is what I wanted to accomplish in the first place.

I got this card after finishing college and has been very useful to me so far. It's cash back works on 100% of purchases, not just certain specific uses like gas or groceries so I end up getting a lot more cash back than my previous cards. There is also limit on the total you can get back.

My girlfriend utilizes this card, and I absolutely love it! There are a lot of cards that offer cash back out there, but they offer strange category setups. For example, you might earn 2% back on gas purchases, 1% back on food purchases, etc. I love that this card offer a flat 1.5% for everything. It may not be as high as the categories on some other cards, but it is at least consistent. The rates are a little high, but let's be honest, what card doesn't have high rates? We pay off the balance every month anyways, so no matter. I would definitely recommend this card to others looking more

The cash back on this card is awesome. Getting 1.5% back on everything you spend might not seem like a lot, but it very quickly adds up and really helps for a college student like myself. The only real downside to this card is the APR is a bit high, but it's nothing I really have a problem with. I actually lost my card on a trip to Germany (fell out of my pocket in the terminal I found out later) and called Capital One to get a replacement. I received a replacement card, in Germany, within 48 hours. I could not be more satisfied with both the customer service more

In my opinion the Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards card is the best rewards credit card on the market right now. It earns an unlimited 1.5% cash back on every purchase, and the cash back you earn never expires. It also has a low APR. The regular interest rate for purchases is fairly typical, but the perks definitely make up for it. This is a great card for those with fair credit, or a limited credit history needing to build their credit.

The Capital One QuicksilverOne credit card is my first credit card that I have applied for after rebuilding my credit. I applied for the credit card because it did not require excellent credit as one of their requirements. I was approved for $500 and I was pleased that this wasn't a secured credit card. One of the benefits for this card is receiving the cash rewards on purchases I make. Being able to trade in those points and use them to something I want is a great advantage. Also, having the cash back rewards not expire is a great deal too. The only thing that can be a disadvantage is more

As with many of the other reviewers here, this credit card was my first real card. I applied for it around early and was instantly approved with a $600 credit line, although I had to make a $100 deposit. I used the majority of the card’s balance the first week or so of owning it and made sure to pay off the card in full before the due date, just to see how much cash back I could rack up. At the end of the cycle when I viewed my cash back amount, I was a bit surprised as to how much money had actually accumulated. The 0% APR and more

This is a really good card that I have had no overall problems with. I lost my card a bit after I got it, but it was really easy to get a replacement and customer service was really easy to work with. I combine this with the fact that I got a lower APR than I had on another other card after 12 months of no interest. It really was a godsend to me at the time, because it allowed me to lower my interest by 10%, which is a huge amount, and they also had interest free transfers, which didn’t matter to me at the time, but was a more

This card was my first true credit card and I could not be happier with it. Not only is the cash back awesome (I get enough back to fill up the tank at the end of the month) The 0% APR for the first year is a blessing really, and the annual fee is also pretty low. Capital One itself is also a friendly and informative company. Funny enough this card came in most handy when I went to Ireland for a wedding. For some reason I could not access my bank account and the measly 20 euro I had on me would not suffice. This card lets me use more

I have had this card for a couple of years now I am really pleased with it. The cash back rewards program has been surprisingly helpful as I tend to use it to pay bills and go shopping for groceries. I pay off the balance at the end of the month and it has also helped my credit score greatly. I try and use it during the specials they have where you get 5% back at certain stores which makes a bit of a difference. You do have to spend a lot to get the full benefit of the cash back, but if you use it and pay it back more

I have had my Capital One card for several years and have used it almost daily. I have never had any issues and when I have called customer service has been quick and friendly. I have several friends who now have Capital One because I recommended it. I really like the rewards program with my card, it's easy to keep track of how much I have earned in cash back. I transferred another balance because of the 0% apr for the whole first year. I was able to use my card during a visit to Italy and didn't have to worry about a bunch of fees for using it outside more

Capital One is a well known company and their services are right in the middle of the pack. The one item that stood out for me is the 0% apr for the first year. I am not really a fan of cash back, I would rather have a lower rate, but every little bit counts. The first thing I used this for was a family trip, it is better to lock up a credit card with the holds for hotel and car rentals than a debit car. Other items of note - The policy on unauthorized transactions is great peace of mind. The small annual fee is ok, not outrageous more

Like the others my initial reason for choosing the Capital One Cash Rewards card was for the 0% APR for the first year. But even afterwards the cash back on my purchases is a big incentive to use this card all the time. It's like getting a discount whenever you have to buy something. I have never had a complaint with billing or customer service, in fact I think Capital one has the best customer service of any credit card I have ever used. I also use this card extensively when I travel because they don't hit you with foreign transaction fees. While some people may not like the $39 more

I applied for this card under the advice of my personal banker because it had 0% APR for the first year as well as 0% APR on balance transfers for the first 60 days. It has been 8 months since I opened this account and I have been very satisfied so far with the card itself and with customer service. Online banking and bill pay is also very simple. It's always nice to see that cash back in your account and you can opt into monthly emails highlighting special offers that if you use the card at certain stores, you will get a higher percentage cash back.

One of my first Cards was this Capital One Rewards card, proven to be a little better than my first but now with Rewards. This is a decent card for people with mostly Fair credit, what's good about it is it has 1% rewards and an intro of 0% APR. This makes a great card to have and can lead you to even better cards as you improve your credit score, having this card with rewards makes for a great starting Credit Card. I applied for this card a few years ago and decided to go with them over one other option. My credit history and rating were pretty limited so I knew I wouldn't have a lot of options. But Capital One's Cash Rewards really seemed like my best bet at the time. I didn't have to put a lot of money (as a deposit down) like a lot of cards require for new credit holders. I really wanted to build my credit up, so I used it sensibly and paid it off every month. Of course their interest rate was kind of high, but that was expected. Eventually my credit rating more

As soon as I got this card, the hassle began. It came in the mail in the window of 7-10 business days as stated. When I received the card, I activated it and went to make a purchase. To my astonishment it was rejected and I was told I had to call customer service. When I got them on the phone, they explained to me that I had to verify my identity by providing two forms of identification. They wanted this information faxed to them. I found it bothersome that I couldn't just send this information via computer. After literally 16 times faxing the same information over and over they more

I use this card daily. I am very pleased with the rewards program that this card offers. It does have an annual fee attached, so you do have to weigh that with the cash rewards you are getting. Capital One has been easy to deal with in regards to any questions or concerns I have had. They are fairly good about reviewing the account and giving credit limit increases at certain intervals. Being a MasterCard, it is accepted at nearly anywhere that accepts credit cards, unlike my Discover card. Overall I have been extremely happy with Capital One Cash Rewards Card. Thank you Capital One!

I just got this card a few months ago, and so far, I’m really happy with it. The intro rate was 0%, which was a relief for me because I don’t really have good credit. I don’t love the annual fee, but it’s lower than a lot of other annual fees (another card I looked at was, like, 45 dollars and another one was ninety). The rate is pretty low, and there’s a low cash advance fee which makes it really convenient for me, and the 0% APR is pretty nice, too. The best thing though is the auto rental insurance. I travel a lot to see my mom, so more

I got this credit card from Capital One and I have to say I love it. The online experience they have is wonderful. Although you do have to pay thirty nine dollars in annual fees it is pretty substantial at the beginning, but in the end you will receive far more then that in rewards. Most credit cards right now only give 1% for rewards this one give 1.5% it may not seem much for half a point it will add up over time. The credit limit was raised shortly somewhere between 9-11 months after I received the card. The application process was very easy. I can pay all my more

I got this credit card at the same time I received a new debit card from Capital One. It is my only credit card and currently the card I use the most, despite my usual preference for my debit card because of the lack of bills to keep track of. This card had a $39 annual fee, but I earn rewards for using it that I do not earn by using a debit card, and this is chiefly what leads to my decision to pull this one out of my purse when I'm buying something. In a sea of various rewards cards, I find myself looking for a card that has features that make it stand out from the pack. The Capital One cash rewards tries, and succeeds, on a number of key areas, but I feel that it struggles to keep up the pace of some of the other rewards cards out there. Let me state that if your credit history will not allow you to get a rewards card with more perks, then by all means this is a good start. This card does allow a decent base earning, and the yearly fee is not astronomical. However it is lacking on bonuses in more

I have had the Capital One Cash Rewards card for quite a while now. Basically I use this card for the rewards, which is a pretty good rewards program if you ask me. I use it for everyday purchases to take advantage of the 1% cash back. Why not use it if they are going to give me cash back on all my purchases right? I ended up applying with Capital One because I ran into trouble with finding places that took my Discover card- for some reason, not everyone seems to accept Discover. My experience with Chase has so far been a good one. They run a lot of promo's and I’ve earned several bonuses and rewards for just doing my usual spending, as well as from their cash back program. Generally, you get 1% cash back, but they do run several specials each year that grant 5% cash back, for specific retailers. I've had this credit card for many years now. I used it for everyday purchases in order to get rewards for a few years. I never had any problems with the card other than I ran up some debt that took awhile to pay off (which since I paid on time was probably no problem to capital one). I've had a Sears card and Amex before as well but this experience was better than those. This is the third credit card I've used and the benefits worked as expected. I have had this card for almost a year now. I use it mainly for small purchases. I can say that I am very pleased with this card and have had no issues paying on time. The main reason that I decided to get this card was to gain positive credit. At the time I had no credit and was denied several other cards that I applied for. This was the first one that I was accepted by and it has served me well. I now reside in the upper end of good credit and my credit limit was recently raised from $300 to $500. I do not plan on more

I use this card for my small business purchases. It's pretty nice since you get cash back. I always use the cash back as an "account credit" so there is more money going to pay the bill. While it's only a small percentage, it adds up. Especially if you use your card for all your purchases and pay the bill in full right away, then you can avoid no interest as well. The only down fall is that there is an annual fee. If you don't plan on making lots of purchases throughout the year to get the rewards, then it is almost not worth having. They have other cards more

It gives 1.5% back in cash rewards (1% every month, and then another.5% bonus once a year) on all purchases, which is better than I've found with other credit cards. And, if you do a good deal of foreign travel, you will be encouraged to here that it has no foreign transaction fee.
