This credit card is actually quite phenomenal. I am really quite happy with it, I have not had any reason to complain about it whatsoever. The $100 sign up bonus was a very good deal, and the cash back rewards in general are excellent as well. I love being able to use my own image on the card, also. In addition, the customer service for Capital One is wonderful – I had an issue with transferring my reward points and they fixed it immediately. I would recommend this card to anyone who was considering getting a new credit card. All in all, I have not found any issues with this card whatsoever.

Which is it, a City Business or a World Business. They really need to figure that out. Bad attempts at humor aside though, the CitiBusiness World MasterCard will be one of the primary choices for anyone looking for a business credit card due to the facts that Citi is a large, recognizable credit card company and the “World” in the card’s name connotes the ability to make transactions overseas without incurring foreign transaction fees. Whether these clues will actually lead you to the right credit card for business is another story though, one which requires a closer look to determine the ending. First of all, the Citi Business World MasterCard offers 10,000 bonus points for spending at least $300 in the first three months, and these points are redeemable for a $100 gift card. You also get 3 ThankYou points for every dollar spent on office supplies and professional services and one point per dollar spent on everything else. You can redeem ThankYou points for merchandise, travel rewards, gift cards, cash and more but the number of points needed for different rewards is what actually matters. Well, with 8,000 points you can get $50. In other words, while you get to redeem your initial bonus points at a rate of 1%, yiu get less than that with the points you earn on an ongoing basis. Oh, and the Business World MasterCard from Citi DOES have a foreign transaction fee of 3% which begs the question of what is so worldly about the card to begin with. Regardless, you’re going to need some alternatives because the Citi Business MasterCard is not rewarding enough to cut it. If you crave simplicity the obvious choice is the Capital One Spark Cash for Business since it offers 2% cash back across all purchases. Someone wanting to maximize their initial benefit might like the Ink Bold with Ultimate Rewards since it offers 50,000 bonus points, redeemable for $500 cash or $625 in travel. Either way its important to note that the best business credit card stratrgy these days is to use a rewards business credit card (like the CitiBusiness World MasterCard and the other cards mentioned previously) for everyday purchases and a 0% consumer credit card for funding. This will get you the best card rates and debt stability and will not cause you to sacrifice liability protection.
