This helped me a lot and it covered some of my needs when I had them. It also helped me to pay bills on time and it made me think that the providers are really truthful people, who appreciate values. It’s not necessary to say that they were also very willing to improve my experience with their product.

My one gripe with them is that I have had mixed success with customer service, and that is a big deal with me, as customer service is my career. Recently I had a change of situation (without going in to too much detail on here, I got divorced) and contacted them to see how I could go about changing my name on my card account. The name change itself was easy to take care of, but when I found out that my ex had somehow been put as an authorized user on my account, an account I had had prior to the marriage in my own name only, I was told that there is no way to just have him removed from my account, and my only option would be to open up another account in my name only. That seemed less like a solution, and more like the representative trying to meet some quota of new accounts.
This has been my only complaint, however, and overall, I like the company, and I like this card and what it does for me.… more
