I have had this card for quite a while. It has a pretty low limit and I haven't been offered many increases. My only complaints are that the online features are hard to navigate and that Discover is not accepted at as many places as VISA. For instance, some movie theaters in my area do not take Discover. I do appreciate that there is no annual fee and that the rate is reasonable. Overall, it's a decent card, probably good for someone just starting out with credit. I try not to use my credit card a lot so I don't rack up many rewards.

I have had the Discover Motiva Card for a few months. It is what I would rate as an average card. There is no annual fee, which is why I switched to this card from another type of Discover Credit Card. The intro rates for balance transfers and purchases are 0% for 14 months, which is very competitive. The rates then go to a regular rate. The regular rate was not very competitive for me, but I do not plan on using this card much after the intro rate expires. You do earn Cash Back bonuses, but it is a low rate.

I have had my Discover Motiva Card for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I have nothing but good things to say about this card. I got this card when I lost my last one and it has met all of my expectations. I was happy that the credit requirement to get the card was not too much and I have been very satisfied with the rates and fees associated with this credit card. I would recommend this card to any and everybody. It is great and you will not be disappointed. This card has been very reliable for me and could be for anyone else too.

This card is a great card to possess. It doesn't have an annual fee, and even though you don't rack up rewards too fast, it is still has very good rewards and perks that are worthwhile. The No Earn/Redeem limit is pretty cool also. I really was into the "Discover" brand until I purchased this card and it made me realize what all was good about Discover. I don't really have any complaints about this card, and I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new card, or a first timer looking for their first card. 0 Annual Fee, Cash Back Rewards, and plenty perks to brag about once you acquire the card.

I have had this card for a few months now, and I can't say that it is the best card I've ever had, but it's not bad. I don't really rack up rewards as fast as I'd like, but the rates are great and there is no annual fee, so that's an awesome bonus. For someone with a pretty bad credit score, this card is pretty alright. I am not the biggest fan of Discover, and it isn't accepted in quite a few places, but I use it whenever I can. I don't know if I would recommend it to anyone, but I am not completely dissatisfied with it, so I guess it isn't all bad.

I have been a bit disappointed with the cash back section of this card. I have not been amassing rewards as fast as I thought I would. I also am looking at a super high interest rate when my initial period ends. That said, I am overall happy with the card. I used it a bit recklessly at first but I hope to use it to its fullest potential in the future. I would NEVER pay an annual fee so the lack of one on this card is a bonus. I do wish Discover was taken everywhere, so that again is a bit of a downside. Overall, I would recommend it though, but if your credit score is better than mine, I'd choose something else.

I just got this credit card, and have been using it for majority of my Christmas shopping. I am so far pleased with the card, and will continue to make purchases with it. I will be honest and say that when I first applied for this card, I was denied even though I have really good credit. If you are going to apply for this card you will probably have to have almost perfect credit. I am happy that I decided to apply again after fixing my credit, because the bonuses are amazing, and there are no extra fees for using them. A credit card with no annual fee was very important to me, and I am pleased to say that this Discover Motiva Card passed the test! I would recommend this card to someone who has experience with credit cards, and is not a first time user. Overall, I am fairly pleased.

This is my favorite card. No annual fee, no fees for using rewards portion of the card. In fact, this is the card I use to do my Christmas shopping because I get quite a bit "Cash Back". I also like the customer service. Always polite, helpful and speak with me like I'm an individual person with individual needs and not just another credit card user. I also like the the 0 Fraud Liability, as I actually had a problem with someone trying to use my credit card number. Discover called me, I verified that I was unaware of the purchase, which thankfully was not a big amount, and they took care of it. Never an issue for me to have to sort out, etc. Love Discover!

I am a shopper so this card is a dream come true for me! I have earned 20 percent on almost all of my purchases! Imagine earning money for doing what you love best! All humor aside it is a wonderful card. There are no annual fee's, card fee's or fee's for turning in your rewards. The customer service is also always professional and polite. They speak to you as a person, not simply another credit card number. I have a number of different credit cards that I use but I will honestly say this is the card that I use the most and have NEVER had any issue with. Keep up the good work!

Love the lengthy 0% intro APR, I am a sucker for that. Also can rest easy with the zero fraud liability. The cash back rewards is of no consequence to me since it's miniscule and meant to fool people who have little concept of how small.25-1% is, more so when you take interest rates into account. The rates after the introductory grace period, while not incredibly low, are fairly predictable and steady and the max rate in case you get into trouble is not wildly high. Not much experience with customer service, so to comment on that would be a disservice, but typically is a marginal factor at best with me anyway. Discover always seems to have certain intangibles the other three don't seem to have with their customers, somewhat making up for the fact that at times you have limited use with Discover. Overall, a solid, if unspectacular experience with my card.

I used the Discover Motiva for about a year a few years ago and was fairly impressed with it. My wife and I signed up for it specifically to use as a rewards card. In Christmas of 2010 we used it on all our gifts we purchased online and were rewarded with a pretty nice reward after it was all said and done. The interest rates are fairly nice, but nothing to write home about. In the end, I decided to go elsewhere with getting a new card with lower interest rates and larger rewards. This card was more of a ‘middle of the pack’ card where it wasn’t great at anything yet wasn’t bad either. Overall, we were happy with the Discover Motiva, but there were always better options once we started looking.

I've had several credit cards in the past, but the Discover Motiva card is definitely one of my favorites due to its flexibility. I primarily use this card when traveling and it has been a great help. That said, I don't recommend planning to take it overseas as Discover is rarely accepted outside of extremely touristy areas, but it works very well for transactions inside the U.S. First, the biggest perk is you don't have to pay a fee when you buy foreign currency. This is extremely helpful if I need to stop by an airport kiosk and pick up some extra money before a flight. Secondly, this card has the flexibility to allow you to withdrawal cash through a regular transaction (and thus maintain a 0% interest rate) if needed. I believe the limit is $125/day, but is is a great help if you find yourself in a bind. Finally, the customer support at Discover is amazing. I've never had to wait long to speak with a customer service representative and they've always been able to resolve my issues quickly and without hassle. I'd definitely recommend this card to anyone looking for something flexible!

Discover Motiva card was a life saver for my family and I. We were in some deep financial troubles that had gotten us into a very bad spot in our life. The situation was not really our fault but we certainly had to deal with the repercussions of it. Just when we thought it was time to give up the Discover Motiva card came through for us. We bailed ourselves out of trouble and then got back on our feet. We recently bought our own house and I feel like we wouldn't be where we are today if it wasnt for the Discover Motiva card. Their great rates, policies and customer service is a dream come true. Thank you Discover.

The Discover Motiva credit card is a great card that I easily use for my daily life. I was referred by a few friends who had very positive experiences with this company. Unlike other credit card companies, Discover actually treats you with respect and values your business. The customer service line was also very impressive. I was able to get in touch with a skilled employee every time I had a question, even at odd hours through out the night. The patience and compassion is definitely present with this company. There are amazing perks with this card as well, the 0% APR for the first 14 months was a life saver for me. Thanks to this card, I was able to pay off my student loan and save up money in the mean time to pay off my credit card balance. I also feel very protected and relieved to know that Discover has my back 100% if I were to become the victim of fraudulent activity. Overall, I couldn't be any happier with this company. I plan to be a life long customer.

I don't use credit cards often. As a result, I was very particular about the cards I picked. I wanted something with a decent rate and little to no fees – this card fit that perfectly. While Discover isn't taken everywhere, it's taken at all of the places that I would actually use a credit card at. The cash back bonus has been a great thing to have since I usually am using the card for larger purchases to begin with. Customer service with Discover has been far better than what my old Visa used to be. So far, I've been absolutely impressed with it. It's met my needs and expectations perfectly.

The Discover Motiva card is just alright for me. I was able to take full advantage of the intro 15 month purchase interest rate of 0%. It really helped me make some purchases I had to have. I was going to transfer some other accounts to this card but there is a 3% fee on transfers. I do not like fees and would rather not pay them. I do like the 0% Fraud Liability. This credit card does have a very good reward system and I really like being able to get a huge cash-back reward when shopping online. It really helps when looking for online deals. I think there are better cards out there though.

Discover Motiva Card was the credit card which helped me a lot with all my bills. I have to say that I have never had a more advantageous credit card than this one, as most of them were very tricky and they were not reliable. They also gave me many unexpected and unwanted wishes, as their information and the contract signed were, actually, fake. This helped me a lot and it covered some of my needs when I had them. It also helped me to pay bills on time and it made me think that the providers are really truthful people, who appreciate values. It’s not necessary to say that they were also very willing to improve my experience with their product. Overall, Discover Motiva Card has been my favorite Credit Card, as it’s very advantageous for most of my problems and the services provided are good, indeed.

The main reason why I went to this card was because they had great transfer rate 0% for 15 months you cannot beat that. I needed to pay my other credit cards and I took advantage of their 0% balance transfer rate. Application process was fairly simple. I faxed my documents and they set me up in an hour. I received my card within a week and never had problem. At then end I started getting $35 fees every month and I called them regarding it and they said that they cannot do anything about it. They are extremely good when you want a new card but once you are old they don't really care about you. I was really disappointed with customer service I received from this company. At the end I ended up canceling my account.

Discover Card is great to have for rewards and good customer service. I just wish that everyone accepted them as I do run into a problem of worrying that it won't be accepted somewhere that I am going. The rewards are what drive this card. The 1% is standard for most cards and not a big deal but the 20% online shopping at select retailers is great. I don't know many cards that offer anything close to 20% and the stores are a good wide selection that give the 20%. Discover also makes it easy to follow your rewards and cashing them in is definitely easiest with Discover then any other credit card I deal with. If it was accepted everywhere it would be a perfect card.

The Discover Motiva card gets an average rating in my book. One of the things that I love about this card is that it has 0% APR for the first fifteen months. This helped me out a ton when I first got the card. Also, the rewards on this card are pretty beneficial. The cashback is nice, and the pay-on-time bonuses really do help each month, especially when you forget that you are going to receive the bonus. It is a nice little surprise. The 20% cashback is alright, but I have yet to find a retailer that I order from that much to take advantage of this. This was my first discover card and one of the downsides that I have noticed is the fact that it is not accepted everywhere, although I knew this before I signed up for the card, and more places are accepting it recently. Another beef that I have is that the customer service for this card is not as good as american express or visa. Overall, a decent card, but not my favorite that I have had.

I’ve had this card for about 4 months. I like it, because it has been serving the purpose I got it for (0% APR intro rate and nice balance transfer offer), but it has its downsides in my opinion. This is the first Discover card I have owned and I am not crazy about their web interface. It’s not the worst, but it seems like there’s a lot of stuff I can’t do easily online (like balance transfers) that I have to call for. Not a big deal, just not as convenient as some other card websites. The reward program is nice and that part is supported well online. I’ve also had good interactions with their customer service at one point when my card was frozen for security (I was making a very large purchase with it, and the lady accidentally rang it up twice – I was glad Discover stopped that!). The only other downside I can think of is that Discover isn’t as widely accepted as Visa, but I still really like this card.

This is a card that is good for those of you with mediocre to decent credit ratings that want to earn some form of rewards on their credit card purchases. The people in charge of this program always seem pretty helpful and responsive to your issues. I remember that one time I had an issue and it was resolved with just one single phone call, which is unheard of in these days where it takes many many phones calls to get just about anything resolved these days. I have found that the rewards add up quickly and before you know it you can spend all of your points, which feels great.

This card is great. I didn't get it for the cash rewards, but that feature is definitely a plus. This is a great card if you're looking to establish credit. I use it for almost all my purchases and I haven't had a single issue yet. The website is super easy to navigate and Discover's customer service is fantastic. Tracking purchases is easy. This is a pretty basic credit card with a reasonable interest rate. The only negative comment I have would be that discover cards aren't excepted everywhere. For some reason my local movie theater takes every other kind of card. This is slightly annoying but I would still recommend the card.

I realize that using a credit card simply for rewards, or cash back bonuses is not the wisest idea. But if you are going to have to use a credit card anyways, why not get something back? That's my thinking. You never get that much cash back but it does make it slightly better than most. Discover gives me cash back for my purchases. That's is really one of the main reasons I like this card. I had an issue paying my bill and it didn't go through when paying online and I thought it did. They were very understanding and waived the late fee. I thought that was really cool of them. The representative I spoke to was very helpful and professional. She was quick to resolve the issue. I give Discover a 4/5 stars, simply because no credit card would ever live up to a 5.

I love this card, I originally got it because of a balance transfer promotion. My favorite offer is the Cashback Bonus which gives me money back whenever I make a payment on time. It adds up pretty quickly and they give you the option to transfer the money directly into a bank account versus having to use it on certain gifts. There is also the rewards option for purchases but I am not too familiar with this option. They also offer the program where you can defer a monthly payment for important events like weddings, children, moving, etc. And when I lost my job I enrolled in the program that defers my monthly payment until I became employed again. They are really flexible and easy to work with.

I Like this card, I have been using it for a couple years, and I think I made a good decision to go with this card. I wanted to get this card for the reward points, I really like this feature of the card and I take advantage of it as much as I can. I love that I get percent back on all purchases, definilty worth it as it adds up to a nice amount depending in how much you spend. I also like the lack of annual fee, although the interest is kind of high for this type of card. The Discover customer service also works very well, and I have had no problem with them, excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this card if you are looking for a card with a good rewards program!

I've only had this card for a few months, but I love it already. I was in the process of getting rid of all my credit cards to start anew when I saw this one. I thought this one would be the option because of the bonus rewards. They were so unbelievably good that I thought there was no way it was going to actually pay off. I was wrong. It is a great feeling getting instantly rewarded every time I make a purchase with this card. I don't have to wait until some point in the future after collecting X amount of points to be able to reap the rewards. It's a great card and I highly recommend it to everyone out there.

I have had the Discover Motiva card for four years now. By far, this is one of my favorite cards. I signed up because there was an enticing balance transfer offer. This was the first credit card I had that offered cash back rewards. Pay on time, you get rewarded. You can make purchases with the reward, you can get a direct deposit to your account, or a statement credit. A newer feature is the ability to link your card to your Amazon account and use your rewards to pay for merchandise on Amazon. The catch is, the balance is charged to your card. Make sure you pay if off right away to make it worth your while.

This is a card I decided to get for the rewards perks. I do like that it's simple and I don't have to jump through any hoops to earn rewards- they're on any purchase I make. The perk that I really like, though, are the online shopping rewards. I make quite a few purchases online and this card really pays off in cash back rewards! Add to that no annual fees, and it's really a nice choice for many purchases. The interest rates are a little high. I do pay off my balance each month, but that may be something for others to watch out for. Discover's customer service is great and the paperwork is easily understood, which is always nice. The Motiva card is a solid choice in rewards cards in my opinion.

The Discover Motiva Card is really cool as I have owned one now for five months. It features some really cool benefits which make it a fun card to carry around. One of which is its rewards program, as it ensures that you receive one percent back on all purchases, as well as a possible twenty percent back on certain purchases using the company’s online shopping store. The card also offers rewards for those who pay their bills on time as well. The only possible downside is that certain small retailers may not accept the card, due to the fact that it is a discover card, which is not as widely accepted as Visa. However, the many benefits this card offers over shadow any negatives that may arise, I would recommend this card to anyone.
