I can't get over how bad my experience has been for the first months of having this card. First, you cannot use this card immediately after getting approved like basically every other airline card on the planet. Second, it doesn't link to your Frontier account. You have to have customer service connect the accounts and they seem very confused by the request. Lastly, once you earn the bonus miles, even though they show as awarded in your Barclay's account, it will take 2-3 months before they show up in your Frontier account. On top of that, no one knows the answer to how long it will take. The first rep I talked to had no idea, the second tells me 7 business days, the last rep tells me 2-3 billing cycles. Just impressively bad.

RUN FOR THE HILLS- do not get this credit card. The promotions/ offers are scams to get you to sign up. I signed up for the card, and as soon as I redeemed my offer, they canceled the offer and required me to pay the annual fee- it was unreasonable/ unfair. I talked with multiple customer service representatives and eventually ended my journey talking with a manager named “Justin,” with no last name.
I am a masters student/ high school teacher who did not need the financial drama of this card. Do not be tricked by their promotions, avoid the frustration/ financial hurt, and don’t sign up!!!!

THIS CREDIT CARD IS GARBAGE, STAY AWAY! Applied for this card during Frontier flight to be used for family polling credits, and after I received it, Frontier simply decided to deny the polling because it was applied during the flight and not online. Big BS from this shady airline. Canceled this card and lost 70 points on my credit score. STAY AWAY!

When I call Barclay's the system simply does not work. It does not recognize the last four digits of my card when I type them in or when I pronounce them. All I wanted to do was make a payment and I cannot even do that. Terrible service so I am cancelling this card.

DECEPTION!!! Said I will get a $200 statement credit if I appt for the card. It even calculates the amount you will pay after the statement credit. I applied, got approved and was told the statement credit wasn’t an option. The only option I have is to get 50k bonus mikes AFTER I spend $1000 in the first 90 days!!!!! I’m soooo angry.

Worst customer service. If you see Barclays, throw away or delete your application immediately. I signed up for inflight offer, but when I got the card I got a worse offer than the in-flight offer. First, the first year annual fee $79 was supposed to be waived. They charged me. Second, they gave me less points, supposed to be 50,000 points and they give me 40,000 points.
I call customer service to tell them I still have the inflight promotion and they said sorry we can't do anything?!? Classic bait and switch. This is my first and last barclays card.

Bait and switch. They claim they'll give you 50K Frontier elite miles at $500 spend, but they don't mention it when they issue you the card. Just the generic $100 travel voucher at $2500 spend. They say the annual fee is waived first year, BUT THEY CHARGE you the annual fee the first week! Dealing with their customer service, no response. May have to close the card and cut losses.

This is the only credit card I have ever owned that doesn’t allow auto pay. I have several late fees charged for this and zero payment reminders in my email. They charge you almost $80 a year to have this card. It’s not worth it.

The rules are vary deceptive! And hard to understand,. How many dollars do you need to charge to get the 50,000 reward? Plus the 79.00 fee?one place it is 500 and another it I’d 2,000. I would like an answer soon. I am thinking that it is not as good a card as the hip would make you think.

The 40,000 miles do not count as "qualifying miles." like every other card I have been apart of. I opened 1 card for myself and my wife opened one and we combined the miles. We have 91,000 miles, but the bonuses and who knows what else doesn't count as qualifying. We only have 1800 qualifying miles and we need 50k in order to have my family sit together or pay 200 each way for the 4 of us. I got this card so I didn't have to pay to sit with my 4 and 6 year old. I refuse to pay $400 for my daughters not to have to sit by themselves.
