Beware the complimentary Priority Pass lounge "membership." While they advertise it as access to these lounges, you will be charged $27 per person per visit when you use the priority pass membership card. While it states this in the initial paperwork they send you, when you go to use the membership card, they ask you to sign for the number of people visiting but do not have you sign for a charge to your credit card. The charge just shows up a few days later. I'm very disappointed that AmEx would offer this as a benefit. They should either provide truly free lounge membership (like the Citi Prestige card) or no membership at all. Overall, if you enjoy staying at Hilton's get this card for the bonus and then cancel it.
