The L.L. Bean card is a solid option if you like shopping at L.L. Bean, and is an especially good card if you like your clothing monogrammed - the card includes free, unlimited monogramming on purchases made at L.L. Bean. The terms are pretty standard for a card like this - there's a max late fee of $37, which seems reasonable, and again, the 3% bonus' cash' is nice if you shop at L.L. Bean that often (the rewards are issued in L.L. Bean store credit). Like any store card of this nature, you're going to get better use out of it the more you shop at the store. more

The L.L Bean credit card has some excellent features that offer a lot of options to me and other cardholders. The ability to get rewards on 3% of your L.L Bean purchase is a huge advantage as those rewards can give you a great value with future purchases. This is different from other cards because of the rate that you can accumulate rewards. Many other cards from stores let you earn good rewards but at a much slower rate. The added benefit of getting 1% on all other purchases makes the accumulation of rewards even faster and this card that much better. The only negative is a higher interest rate more

I like the L.L. Bean card for the rewards offered. Although it may seem like a small thing, the free monogramming is very neat and gives a special personalized touch to gifts. The interest rate is lower than my Capital One and the rewards and specials much better. Also, getting coupons in addition to the rewards is a great bonus. This card gives more than most that I have seen. No annual fees or any hidden charges. This is a good card to have and the grace period is also fantastic. I would recommend it for both L.L. Bean and everyday shopping in order to get more reward points and more

Overall I think this is a great card. The LL Bean Credit Card allows you to earn rewards quickly with everyday purchases, and even more quickly when shopping within the LL Bean brand. And as a Southerner, you better believe that by offering free monograms for cardholders, I'm monogramming all the things! I also like this card because unlike other store credit cards I've held in the past, you don't have to worry about overlimit fees - plus there's a 23 day grace period, which is fantastic. It just shows they really care about their customers. All in all this is a great card and I'm confident to recommend it more

The L.L. Bean Credit Card is a cool card. You can earn rewards on everyday purchase, and you earn more rewards when you buy L.L. Bean merchandise. You also get coupons off L.L. Bean purchases as you shop. All your returns and monograms from L.L. Bean are free that's awesome. The APR varies, but it does stay pretty low. If you want to purchase Discovery School courses you get ten percent when you use this card. This card is a great card for anyone who loves the outdoor life. The only think I do not like is the cash advance rate being at twenty-five percent. Other than that this card more

The L.L. Bean card is a must have for those outdoor enthusiasts. Earning 3% back on L.L. Bean purchases and 1% on all other purchases to use towards a future purchase there is great. Not to mention, you get free returns and free monogramming at L.L. Bean! Overall this is a great card.

When you go on their website and you've forgotten your password, they require you to put in your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!! In 2015!!!!! Pretty funny how they offer free fraud text alerts but still, in this day and age, require you to put a SSN on a website for access! Who even DOES that anymore - it's insane! Come into the 21st century, Barclay! If it wasn't for LL Bean, I'd cancel this card because Barclay evidently seems to be intractable on this SSN matter.

The L.L. Bean Card offers a great interest rate at 14% - 20%. If you are a regular L.L. Bean customer I would recommend this card because of the 3% rewards offered on their products rewarded in L.L. Bean coupons as you earn them. You receive the perk of free returns and monogramming of their products which is nice. The $37 late fee can be steep but thankfully they offer a 23 day grace period. There are no max overlimit fees or max penalty APR, though.

The L.L. Bean proves to be a great card to have. The rewards this card offers are great and the fact that you can earn coupons as well is a great feature. Also, free returns and free monogramming are cool perks as well. Overall, I know I would be very happy with obtaining the L.L. Bean card.

The late fee on this card is kind of high. I do like the fact that there is no over the limit fee. Sometimes this is hard to avoid. The grace period is excellent. Sometimes things happen and you need just that extra time. This card does not have an annual fee so it does not charge to just hold the card. I like that.

I have had this credit card for one year and since I am an LL bean fan I love it too. The $10 LL Bean coupons comes in handy to save even more. It is a great way to get some shopping money and is the main reason I will keep it. No annual fees or any hidden charges. I would highly recommend this card to anyone who enjoys shopping at LL Bean. It's a great way to earn rewards and is reliable. Their interest rate is very low. Only 13.99% and it is accepted in mostly every location.

This L.L. Bean Credit Card offers great interest rates, no annual fee, and a pretty solid reward structure if you like shopping at L.L. Bean. Like the brand with which it is associated, this card seems reliable and effective. No annual fee is always nice, since you're already paying interest rates on your purchases anyway. The only thing to keep an eye out for with this card is that it does require Good to Excellent credit and that the rewards are mostly useless for those who do not shop at L.L. Bean

The L.L. Bean Credit Card has some of the similar features that I currently have on my Discover Credit Card. Rewards from credit cards can be extremely useful 3% rewards on L.L. Bean purchases and 1% rewards on all other purchases is a great deal. In addition, free returns and free monogramming at L.L. Bean! The interest rate for this card is also lower than my current interest rate on my Discover and Visa credit cards. The balance transfer fee is a little high, but I have never considered transferring my fee's from credit cards anyways.

I like LL Bean and the credit card is good for free returns and monogramming. I think the card is worth having primarily for free returns, and also to raise your credit score by having more credit that is mostly unused - at least that is how it works for me. A valuable rewards card pays cashback, in my opinion. Coupons are about spending, not gaining.

I like the design of the L.L.Bean Credit Card. It is simple, and very calming. Its with Visa so its accepted pretty much everywhere. I would be happy with this as my credit card

This is a great low interest credit card! As low as 13.99% for a credit card is rarely heard of these days. The reward and coupon potential are also appealing. My Lowes card gave me the option for 5% off purchases or 18 months no interest on special financing during a certain period with minimum purchase amounts. The normal interest rate was set a 24.99% AND it's typically a higher purchase use card the the L.L. Bean card! The late fee is on par with the industry standard, and the 23 days for a grace period is very Generous!

The L.L. Bean card is great compared to the Capital One Platinum card I have been using until recently! I love that if I use it to shop at L.L. Bean I can get 3% back, that adds up quickly! (Especially since the APR is lower!) The generous grace period, while I hope I never have to use it, is appreciated as well.

The L.L. Bean Credit Card is really, really nice. It lets you earn 3% rewards on all purchases. 3%! Most cards offer only 1 percent, maybe 2 percent! The APR% is really, really good on it too in my opinion. And the maximum APR the card has is 27.24%, which is pretty good compared to a lot of cards that have over 30% maximum late APR% rates.

I love the vouchers we collect with this card, we are big fans of the brand so the vouchers are always welcome. It's great to go to the store and find you have $20 or $30 to use.

All my prayers were answered with this L.L. Bean credit card. I love to use it when I need something nice as a gift, or for a special occasion. My husband also loves this brand so I am always using it on gifts for him. I can always appreciate the low fees, which are way better than other cards I have had of this type.

I love to break out my L. L. Bean credit card around the Christmas time every year. I've had the card for about 5 or 6 years now, and they will always run a special for current card members around the holiday. They have a nice rewards structure in place, unlike some other clothing outfitters, so your money goes farther with L. L. Bean.

The L.L.Bean Credit Card gives you decent rewards, ranging from 1% coupon rewards up to 3% in coupon rewards. The interest rates are pretty good, and it does allow for cash advances. One downside is that there is a balance transfer fee, and the rates are high for transfers.

Excellent complementary card to have in your wallet if you shop often at L.L. Bean-- use it exclusively at L.L. Bean and use one of the higher, 1.5% base capital one cards for other general purchases and you'll be earning far more than using either card exclusively.

I chose the L.L. Bean credit card mostly because I found myself shopping on L.L. Bean more often for winter gear and jackets. I've had to return things and pay return shipping, but now that I have the credit card they offer me free returns. The extra 3% I receive on L.L. Bean purchases makes me look to them a little more often now. Their prices can be higher sometimes and the 3% back and free shipping helps a little. They have great quality. My interest rate with this card is about the same as some cards that I have which don't offer cash back perks. The L.L. Bean card more

The L.L. Bean Credit Card looks like a good pick, but only if you shop at L.L. Bean a lot. The 3% rewards at L.L. Bean are nice, but considering that you will be using this at a lot of other places where you will only be earning 1% everywhere else is my deciding factor. Plus, the interest rates are not that great. However, the free monogramming is kind of cool…If you’re a big L.L. Bean fan, go for it. Everyone else though should keep looking.

The L.L. Bean Credit Card is a great store card in my opinion. You earn 3% back on all purchases from the store so if you shop here a lot it will add up quickly. In comparison to other store cars this one offers a low interest rate although you do need excellent credit. I would recommend this card if you qualify.

I don't quite like the LL Bean Visa card as much as my Discover. While the terms and rewards are mostly the same, this one cuts a bit back in favor of bonuses for purchases with LL Bean, which I do not use. I'd recommend this card if you're an LL Bean customer, otherwise stay away.

L L Bean has always been associated with authenticity. Myself along with a lot friends have been loyal customers of LL Bean right from college days and its always been a pleasure shopping with them. So when their credit card was up for the taking with an unbelievable zero sign up fee, i made sure that I made the most of it. The interest rates are just around 13% which is really really low. I bought lots of clothes and luggage from LL Bean and earned the rewards and cashback handsomely.

The L.L. Bean card looks very appealing. I am enticed by its 23 day grace period and free returns and monogramming at L.L. Bean stores. However, I feel like I am not a frequent enough visitor of the store in order to merit the potential 19.99% interest rate and whopping 25.24% interest rate on cash advances. These two factors, to me, as someone kind of new to managing my finances, seem kind of alarming and off-putting. If you're a frequent shopper at L.L. Bean, with an established timeline of effective money management, I feel like this may be a credit card for you. For me, however, it has little practical more

If you love shopping at LL Bean like I do, then the L.L. Bean Credit Card is amazing. The no signup fee or annual fees is only the start. Everytime you shop with L.L. Bean you earn 3% bonuses that can be used in store or online. And if you are an avid shopper of L.L. Bean, then every dollar you spend not at store, you still get bonus rewards. There is a low interest rate compared to other store cards like the Express store card which is 25%, whereas LL Bean is only 14%-20%. Besides this, there are no other perks or benefits of rewards like Kohl Cards, but more

The L.L.Bean Credit Card is a good idea if you're doing online shopping for yourself or buying gifts for others. I like the fact that the card offers 3% rewards on L.L.Bean purchases which you can use to buy a variety of clothes, footwear, outdoor gear, and luggage, just to name a few. One thing that I don't like about the card is that it doesn't offer an Intro bonus; for instance, the Sony Card from Capital One allows its cardholders to earn 5,000 bonus points within the first 90 days. Yet this card makes up for the Intro omission by offering 1% rewards on all purchases as well as more

My initial impression of the L.L. Bean credit card was that is a good value. The interest rates are fairly low for a store card, there's no annual fee, and the 1% rewards on general purchases and 3% on purchases made at L.L Bean are on par with some of the better store reward cards, such as Amazon. However, where most other cards that generate points allow those points to be applied toward your balance or toward purchases at a variety of different places, the points rewarded by this card only apply towards coupons for L.L. Bean. It seems like a really good card if you shop frequently in their more

The L.L. Bean credit card is great if you are a regular shopper of theirs! They offer rewards at a rate of 3% on all in-store purchases, as well as a 1% reward rate on any regular purchases. The card is part of Visa's network, so you're sure to be able to use it wherever you need to. Cash advance rates and fees are fairly high, but this seems to be standard practice for most store credit cards. Just stay away from using the card for this purpose. If you shop L.L. Bean much at all, this card is smart to get - there's no cons as long as you're more

The L.L. Bean Credit Card is a Visa which is a trusted financial institution and it's accepted everywhere! Unlike Amex cards that are often declined at several merchants due to higher rates. They don't offer an intro rate which would lead me to stay away from this card. Their interest rates seem very high, but in comparison to most other retailer credit cards. Their cash advance fee is high, I would never consider using it for those purposes. I couldn't imagine having a credit card with a 27% max penalty APR. They have a decent reward rate, better than a lot of retailer cards, but also not the best I've more

L.L. Beans Credit is your regular old store card, but since I like this brand so much I applied for their store card a few years back. I really like this brand and this card comes handy when I do not have the cash in hand to buy the items I would like to have. They also do have a decent rewards program ranging from %1 to %3. Of course that amount is determined by your purchases. Overall, I am quite happy with this card but their interest rates are off the roof so I try to limit my use to as little as possible. This card does provide 23 more

I have an Amex card but it looks pretty good for one reason. Amex One card gives 1 percent back, but the LL Bean one is on the Visa network which everyone accepts. I've had smaller places like corner stores that won't take Amex because their merchant rates are higher. Cash advance rate is way high for things like international travel, between that and currency exchange fees you'd have to be in a bad emergency to use that part if you didn't pay in full every month. I assume that the regular rate varies based on credit score, but 19.99 percent is really high. I guess most cards are high more

I like the fact that if you are a frequent shopper at LL Bean that you can earn discounts everytime you use the card. The maximum penalty APR is quite high and the cash advance rate as well. I also love the fact that along with earning at LL Bean you can earn 1% wherever you use your visa. That is huge especially when you are using it at hotels, gas stations, and other retail outlets. Every penny saved helps. I have a prepaid account now visa which does not offer a lot of these things. I also do not have a discount for the discovery school purchases. If you more

The L.L Bean Credit Card is a fairly basic store rewards card that doesn’t really stand out in any way. The 1% base rewards back with a potential to earn 3% is pretty standard for a store card and may be useful if the owner frequently goes to L.L. Bean. The interest rate is also a bit lower compared to other store cards, so that is a great benefit of this one. This card also entitles you to a lot of coupons, perfect for someone looking for good deals or bargains! All in all, this card is worth a shot if you go here a lot.

L.L. Beans Credit card is a basic card that offers pretty much the same cash back as any other card 1%. This card gets 3 stars because of that reason, small specific store cards are very nice if you shop at that specific store quite frequently, otherwise I would not suggest these. A positive thing about this is if you sign up for numerous cards for different stores and businesses, and only use the store specific cards there you will surely end up saving some money. A card I would recommend instead of this card is the PayPal Credit card, it allows you to gain tons of points and spend more
