How to Speak to the NEA® Credit Card Customer Service
- Call the NEA® Credit Card customer service department at (888) 758-7946.
- If you are an existing cardholder, press #2. When asked, enter either your credit card number or your Social Security Number and follow the prompts.
- If you are not a NEA® Credit Card holder, press #1 and wait until you are connected to a live representative.
