This credit card will screw you over any way they can. Paid off balance but because it took the bank time to process they still charged the full amount of interest for the entire balance. Customer service of course was no help.

Last week I called 4 times for the customer service, requesting assistance with my account. Unfortunately none of the four geniuses were helpful. Demonstrated the lack of knowledge, professionalism, communications skills are poor, lack of respect. I requested to talk with a manager, and guess what? He knew as much as the subordinates, WOW!! Can’t wait to finish paying the card off this month and close the account. Just thanks for nothing. I’m marking one star, when in reality they don’t deserve one. Again thanks for nothing. I will never again will contact their reckless phone number.

Worst company ever. I returned my purchase and they refused to refund me, even though it's in the contract. Had to get lawyers involved.

How do you use it for gas when you can only use it at pet land stores? (Purchase dogs and other pet land purchases).

If I could put 0 stars I'd do it! Stay away from the Petland Credit card aka Comenity Bank. They are out to bleed you dry and steal all of your money.
Their payment due dates have a 6pm EST requirement. And their interest rates are absurd!
Their customer support is by far the worst I've ever experienced. It's like Comenity Bank is encouraging employees to be douche bags during their new hire training process.
Don't do business with them! It's not worth it!

I have had the WORST experience with petland credit card services. The interest they charge is the absolute worst. They gave no help when it came to the world wide pandemic. Then when I call to ask what the payoff value is and I pay that exact amount, I receive a statement the following month stating I still owe more money. I call to figure out why and they tell me it was a late fee of $29 and an interest charge of $109. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS. Wait.. It gets even better. My payments are due on the 7th of the month and apparently it has to be before 6pm. WHAT THE HECK. So of course I was charged $29 late fee for paying 1 hour late... THEN INTEREST ON TOP OF THAT!!! This company is terrible, I feel bad for anyone who finances with them. I will never ever finance with them again. They were unable to resolve any of my issues. They were not willing to assist me in any way and this is all after I paid them over $2000 just in INTEREST!

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. Completely awful. We are going through a pandemic crisis, moving across country, I had every intention of paying the balance in full before the APR purchase promo expired, I called because I missed the APR promo purchase deadline figuring that during the pandemic the company can work with me and just take the full amount that I am willing to pay but they denied the request and insistent and charging me over 600 in interest charges when I wanted to pay the balance off in full and they still continue to smash my credit. Thanks for all you do in smashing my credit as I was willing to pay you off completely...

I absolutely hate that I made the decision to begin credit with this savage company!! They are AWFUL and I really wish I could go back and never to have gone with Comenity EVER! I absolutely completely one hundred percent regret the decision. They charge SO much interest EVERY month! It’s September and I’ve already accrued over $600 in interest ALONE! Not to mention they KEEP changing the times that they allow payments before they are considered late, so if you miss it they’re throwing the late fees at you nonstop! That’s another $30-40! Smh I hate them and their money hungry system I can’t wait to pay this off and NEVER have to worry about this again!!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT go through with them! They’re not worth it!

Comenity bank is the absolute WORST credit card to apply with. Not only do they charge you 29% APR but all the payments have to be online, no over the phone payments or you get charged $10. So if they are having issues or if you are having technical issues then you get charged an extra late fee of $32 which doesn't seem like a lot but over time with the ridiculous APR amount it starts to accumulate a mass amount! I calculated over $3000 that I've given them in just the APR, so I was a little upset when they charged me extra fees over technical issues that wasn't a mistake on my end. I always made my payments on time so when a minor situation happens like this I would expect a company to be more understanding. If you are a day late on the payment they threaten you with sending your account to collections. This company is all about money they are not willing to work with you with anything but to obtain more and more of your money. My advice would be to explore your other options before signing a contract with them. There are definitely better options out there.
