I think the RCI Credit Card doesn't offer much to make it stand out from other credit offerings. The main thing that I don't like about the card is that the usage of rewards points seems very restrictive; the description of the card lists only three merchants that you can use your points with, and to me that's a huge factor against the card. I also think that the cash advance rate is higher than really necessary, falling only two points shy of the maximum penalty APR. These factors would make me seriously consider whether or not this card would be worth using, given the other rewards and terms offered more

Overall, the RCI® Credit Card seems to be just an okay rewards card. Like most other reward cards, there is no intro rates on balance transfers or regular purchases. Also, the balance transfer rate is a bit higher than the standard, however, that may be so this card can be extend to people without the greatest credit. The reward program is a little bit weak in the long term, with half as much of a bonus as the Brooks Brothers Credit card, for example. However, with the initial bonus points in consideration, this may be a good option for a shorter-term card. Overall decent, but not perfect.
