Paid balance off in January, received bill today with a balance of $6. Called and even though we paid the balance to zero in January, they have been charging us $2.00 per month even with no charges on it. When called, the representative could only explain that we must have a zero balance two months in a row to not be charged the interest. When asked why we were being charged interest after I paid the balance in full, she could not explain. This is a good card if you use it all the time, but if you pay your balance in full, they will still charge you $2.00 each month, plus a $2.00 per month late fee. This practice seems unfair, and if my balance is zero, I should not be charged anything. I will NEVER use this card again. If I could give it fewer stars than 1, I would. The representative was not able to explain anything to us or help in any way; I ended up having to hang up on her to avoid further frustration.

Have had this card since 2017 with no issues. Recently they decided they were going away from comentity bank and since then I havent seen any rewards points. The points use to show up on comenity's website, the same website you still use to pay your bill. Now it says to go to good sam's website to view rewards. I go on there and there are no rewards points for my account. Theres a button to link your credit card account to your good sam account which I have done many times and still have no rewards points. I called the first time and the lady told me they were moving away from comenity and doing everything in house starting with rewards and it should be resolved in a few weeks. I called again months later and was hung up on. Its been at least 4 months since I had any rewards point, I spend on average $3k a month on this card. Have a new card coming, once thats here I'm paying this one off and will be done with Good Sam Rewards.

This card has been paid off for over a month, but they still have not notified credit companies of the change. This is affecting my credit score.

They seem to only report when you have a balance but it rakes three months or more for them to report when you have paid your balance off and have zero balance.
