You cannot earn points by buying fuel with your Sheetz Credit Card.
Sheetz fuel purchases, whether you make them in-store or at the pump, will not earn points. Rather, you will benefit from an immediate price reduction of $0.05/gallon.
You will only earn points on non-fuel purchases at Sheetz (5 points per $1 spent) and purchases made elsewhere (1 point per $1 spent). Hope this helps.

disputes on your card are not handled in a timely manner or treated as important. You are expectednto pay the dispute to avoid interest charges and it is then is basically ignored. I ask for a number to speak with the dispute department and called only to get a recording telling me to call back at a later time. Therefore I can get nothing done about fraudulent charges on my card. Not a happy customer

If you frequently go to Sheetz gas stations, then the Sheetz Credit card would be beneficial for you. There is no annual fee on the card, so that is one of the benefits to this card, as well as able to earn 5 points for every $1 you spend inside Sheetz. You will also make 5 cents per gallon when you use your card at the pump, and 1 point for every $1 you spend. Another benefit to this card is that you will receive free gas, free food, and anything free in the Sheetz store. There is nothing but positives to this card, and it should definitely be considered.

If you shop at Sheetz gas stations, Sheetz Credit Card is actually better than most gas station cards and worth picking up. You get 5 cents per gallon of gas you pump which definitely will add up over time and save you a great amount of money. When you go inside for a soda or any snack foods, its 5 points for every dollar you spend. Those things are amazing deals and will net you gas, food, and other free stuff inside Sheetz. The APR is decent, but just pay off your card right away and thats no issue right? Sadly it doesn't offer an introductory APR though, probably the only downside to this card.

If your like me you love Sheetz, the food, the friendly staff and the cheap gas prices. The only issue is that you don't always have enough cash to go. Well Sheetz has answered our prayers with the Sheetz Credit Card. This great card has some amazing offers that come with it, like saving 5 cents a gallon on gas when you use your card at the pump, they also offer reward points in the store when you purchase items that can be used at a later date for things like free food, free gas or even cash back. You get all of that plus a low 16-20 APR. Talk about a win win situation.

I don't really like this card when you consider it's base amount of cash back if pretty much equal to any other Visa card's standard reward program. 5 cents per gallon is the same as 1.25% back when gas is $4/gallon, and the reward rate goes down as gas gets more expensive. My Capital One Venture card gets 1.25% back on every single purchase and is also a Visa, I see no reason to get this card because of that. Purely looking at this card from a rewards perspective I would not advice getting it when there are better cards out there.

I do not think that the Sheetz credit card is that great. There interest rate that they charge is higher than the current national average, and in my opinion, that is much more significant than most other factors. They do offer some decent rewards, but I think that this is all fairly standard these days for most credit cards, so I don't really give them any advantage in that department. I wouldn't consider getting this card until they have a more competitive interest rate. I think that there are other cards with similar rewards that charge less, so I don't see much reason for it.

As is the case with many specialty rewards cards, the Sheetz Credit Card has no intro rates for either balance transfers or purchases. Unlike the Valero Gas Card, it does offer the ABILITY to transfer balances, but with a sky high fee of 5% tacked on. The regular interest rates are quite good in comparison to other reward cards however, and since the Sheetz Credit Card has no annual fee and doesn't require a spotless credit history, I can recommend it to people who will be able to take advantage of this specific reward program. The grace period is noticably shorter than some, though...if only by a few days.

If you live in one of the six states that have Sheetz locations and visit it frequently, the Sheetz Credit Card is a great way to save even more money at this convenience store and gas station. You will get 5% back at the pump or in the store and 1% everywhere else, with the option to redeem for gift cards, cash back, or savings at Sheetz stores. While other cards offer sign up bonuses when getting the card, Sheetz doesn’t have any sort of incentive for new members which is disappointing. The interest rate is also pretty standard compared to other Visa cards with a similar rewards program.

The Sheetz card does not match up to some other cards in the same class. I have a Bank of America cash back card that has a lower interest rate, better rewards, and a lower balance transfer fee. I think this would be a good card for people who don’t have perfect credit and can’t get something better, as long as they’re not really concerned about the rewards which seem sub-par. While my Bank of America cash back card and other rewards cards aren’t quite so restrictive, Sheetz limits you to spending their rewards inside their store. While that’s understandable given their business, it’s not great for the consumer.
