They charge a daily finance fee. If you use the card and do not pay it within one day, there is a daily finance fee. It is not recommended unless you have plenty of time on your hands to call and message them every day. However, the issue may never be resolved because they don't care. They are dishonest individuals who pretend to assist and promise a resolution just for you to end the call. Their online messaging system is no better and will present many obstacles, yet the issue remains unresolved, and the balance keeps increasing even after paying off that small balance.

Sony offers me fantastic discounts on Sony audio and video equipment. Another useful offer is the balance transfer option with 12 months no interest on the balance

Closed My Card For Non-Use. With a single email (I missed), they closed my card. This wiped out all rewards, dinged my credit for a closed account, and the customer service rep could care less. I wouldn't get ANY card from Comenity Bank. I have excellent credit, and this is how they treat customers. What a lousy experience. I'm surprised Sony would allow such a low-rated card to rep their brand!!

I paid my bill in full October of 2022 and locked the card. I checked the website in November and December and had a zero balance. Today I found out they claim I owe them $62 for interest and late charges. I LIT THEM UP! They have ALWAYS waited to post any payments on the due date and never before. I paid the bill sometimes a week or so before the due date. This company is nothing but a rip off. They can suck eggs....my credit score is 820. Not a problem for me at all.....

I have fraud charges that have not been removed. Received a call that my payment was part due when it was paid 11 days before it was due. They say they can see the payment but still pay due. Worst customer service I have ever had. I will be dropping the card as soon as all uses have been resolved.

"Computer systems" constantly going down. In the past 3 months, their "systems" have gone down 3 times and support (and myself) cannot access my account info. I am trying to verify payments but cannot do anything. I was just told to wait 3-4 business days and try again. This is unacceptable in todays tech age. I am traveling and cannot verify my credit card so I am basically stuck without transportation.

I send payments through my online banking. Bill was reported as delivered 2 weeks ahead of time, but Comenity says it is late. Has happened to me now 3 times. Closing account. Horrible customer service, ripping people off with fees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
