I received - 2 hard inquiries right after applying with preapproved code (2! hard inquires for one PREAPPROVED application are you kidding me?).
The credit limit is the lowest (much lower than any of my other cards). After requesting a credit limit increase after about 1 year I received another hard inquiry to my credit report and 0 limit increase (never happened before with any of my other cards).
The web client is also the worst ever. So horrible and glitchy that I almost missed the payment and had to call to customer support in India to be able to pay. And I'm not talking about user interface straight from the '90s.
So, after a year of having this card I've got 3 hard inquiries on my credit report and almost nonexistent credit limit. Luckily there is no annual fee (yet) because I'm pretty sure if I close this account I'll get another hard inquiry.
