I have had this card now for about three years. It is one of two cards that I own. I have been very satisfied in the features of the card as well as the customer service offered. This past Christmas, I had to return a purchase I made to a national retailer, using this card. During the return, the clerk evidently copied my card number and other information and made a fraudulent charge to my account. I was notified within two days of the issue. The bank worked to cancel the transaction and immediately credited my account for the full amount lost. I would highly recommend getting this card.
