Liars. They promise a credit increase that you never receive, even if it was their mistake. The customer service is horrible, and they force you to waste time with robots. It's terrible, and I would give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible company. Set up autopay on the first billing. Had to enter checking info (account and routing), which just means I know I had the right numbers. The second bill comes, and the account is pastdue. Looking at more information, they charged a $30 "returned check fee". Meanwhile, my bank account has been in good standing with funding available. The second month, the same thing happens. I contact support, and they proceed to tell me I must have made a mistake in my account numbers. They suggested I could pay over the phone with a debit card. I was the one that asked if I deleted my saved bank info and re-entered it, it might fix it, which following month it seemed like the payment went through correctly. I took pictures of the bank balance, pending charge, everything to show them. Instead, they closed my account on me, claiming I violated their terms. They did not refund any fees despite it clearly being some issue on their end. And I use Huntington Bank, which is national. No excuse for Continental to be this way. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Hmm... I'm so confused by the negative ratings I'm reading. I have had such a positive experience. My credit score was super low, so the fact that they gave me a $500 credit limit was a plus; the fee was expected. They have all kinds of communication set up so that you don't miss a payment, and they gave me an auto increase to $1000 at 6 months. No complaints on my end!

I wanted a credit card that I can use just for gaming to control my spending. Verve does not allow you to use the card for gaming. I've never had a credit card that controls where you use the card. This card is horrible. And they take 125 dollars from your available credit immediately. So even if you wanna cancel the card. It just costs you 125 bucks. What a bad choice. My credit is less than perfect but I deserve better. I have 2 other cards that have no limit on spending. Verve. NO GOOD

I would give them ZERO if I could . I got this Mastercard for the sole purpose of building up on time payment history to rebuild my damaged credit... These people like to harass you for payments even before the payment is due... They claim it's a courtesy call to let you know that you have a payment coming due but they forget to mention that when they ask ("how much of your balance can you pay today ?")... I got 4 calls the same morning from them and I had perfect payment history with them... In fairness they will take you off of the calling list after you complain but I cancelled my account because I won't deal with anyone who thinks it is okay to call and insist on payments before they come due... AVOID THESE RUDE PEOPLE !!

Don't waste your time with this company, useless app and they will close your account, without warning. If you hit a rough patch and miss a payment , don't worry they will take the money , and not inform you thay they have closed the account.. and there payment methods a joke, you can pay your payment but they will wait a week or two to remove it from your account.. not worth the hassle. Shady company!.
