We LOVE Lowe's giftcards!!! We often ask for them for holiday and birthday gifts. We bought a foreclosed home for cash, and use the Lowe's giftcards to renovate and repair what was broken, to make this house our HOME. We have used our Lowe's giftcards to purchase carpet, paint, lumber, drywall, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, and our favorite purchase, a tankless water heater!

I'm at Lowe's two to three times a week, at least. Birthday, Christmas, any occasion, I always ask for a Lowe's gift card. My husband likes the power tools but lately we've been buying brick for our wall inside the house which turned out beautifully. I like using the card on plants. Can't seem to buy enough. I've started a herb garden and the selection and health of the plants available to purchase can't be over stated. I've never seen such a vast array of selection. My only wish is that there was a Lowe's closer to home, but nonetheless it's always worth the drive.

I am constantly updating my home and I can save money by purchasing gift cards from Lowes. I love their paint department and their staff is very helpful in taking the time to match the colors I want exactly. By using this site to purchase gift cards, I can spend almost double of what I intended to because the savings are so great.

When I purchased my first home it seemed like it needed everything. I was at Lowes at least once a week. My family wanted to help me with the repairs but they were never sure what I needed. They would give me Lowes gift cards instead. I was such a frequent customer that the sales associates knew what project I was working on.

I usually receive a Lowe's gift card from my In-Law's as a birthday gift each year. To some, it may seem like a lame gift to get every year, but I look forward to using it each year. Lowe's is definitely in the top 3 stores that I visit most often. I usually use my cards to purchase power tools or lumber for projects around the house. If you want a good, versatile gift card, Lowe's is the perfect choice!

My husband and I always get a Lowe's gift card from my parents for Christmas. As homeowners, we ALWAYS find a way to use it. From light bulbs, to replacement tile, to drywall- Lowe's is pretty convenient for most home fixes. I have found the employees to be surprisingly knowledgeable and able to help me. I don't always know the names of things, but they are patient and can usually guess the "doohicky" or "little curved thing" I need to find. My only complaint is the paint department always has one person working there to service the ten people that need paint.

When I moved into my fifth wheel travel trailer my sister gave me a Lowes gift card. The trailer was in need of repair so the gift card was greatly appreciated. I wrote down my problems and went to Lowes. Not knowing a lot about plumbing I did not know how or where to start. The associate in the plumbing section was extremely helpful. He walked me through how to fix the leaky sink. I had to convert some of the plumbing because the fittings I needed were not available. He saved me money with helpful tips. Gathered up all the fittings and parts that I needed and showed me more

Lowes is a great place to shop, and a great gift card to give to almost everyone on your list. There are always workers around the store to help you, and they actually have the knowledge needed to answer your questions and help with your home care problems . You can check inventory and pricing for what you need on their website before you go to the store. The prices are comparable to similar stores, and I have never had a long wait in line to checkout. It's even faster if you use one of the self checkouts.

Lowes is the best when it comes to appliances. I always get a great deal -- be sure to check prices on their website before going into the store. If the price on the web is lower (and they'll check it with you right there in the store), they'll give you the website price rather than what shows on the sticker in store. I purchased two different washer/dryer sets there in the last year (one for me, one for a friend) and both times I got by FAR the best possible price -- and I shop around before I buy anything. One set was over $200 cheaper on the web more

I got a Lowe's gift card from my brother last Christmas. I had recently bought a home and I went to the local Lowe's where they gave me the best customer service experience ever!!. The people were so knowledge and very friendly. I asked them what can I do to remodel my kitchen and they gave me so many options. They went a above and beyond to help me They made a Lowe's customer for life. All I want was to get information for my kitchen remodel and I ended up using the gift card and also spending more money than I needed to all my fault :)

I received a Lowe's gift card from my entire family for Christmas! They all chipped in to get it. I bought an old abandoned farm house 4 1/2 years ago. I have been remodeling a little at a time. I did not have one single interior door in the house. Not even on the bathroom! So my family members all chipped in and got me a gift card big enough to buy all the doors and hardware I needed for every single door way! I went to Lowe's and told an associate exactly what I needed. I didn't even have to go find the doors. It's was all loaded up more

We had some trouble with lumber purchased at Lowes and not only did they replace the lumber, they hired a contractor to fix all the problems caused by those boards.

I will never use another hardware store aside from lowes. There have been many times I walked into the store with a project in my head but no idea of to complete it, but the staff are always very knowledgeable. I went in one with a picture of how I wanted to tile my counter tops. I had no idea how to do tile. The staff showed me every tool I needed and even gave me detailed instructions on how to grout, cut tile, and seal the grout. They even helped me with products to clean it with.

Using the gift card was easy! My husband received a $40 gift card at our baby shower. Once buying a lawn mower belt, he gave me the card to go get some essentials for my garden but forgot the balance. I called the automated system and hot the balance quickly.

Using the Lowes gift card was great. I received a $100.00 gift card as a gift and I used a little bit of the card on one trip. Upon deciding to go to the the second time I didn't remember how much was left on the card. I was able to call the number on the back and get the balance very fast.

My experience with Lowes has always been great. They always have what I am looking for and the staff is very helpful if I have questions. Recently, my husband and I were at Lowes looking to replace the kitchen and bathroom sicks for our rental property. We have never replaced sicks before, so we were not too sure what we were doing and what we needed. The customer service associate working in the kitchen/bathroom department was so helpful. He gave us step by step instructions and showed us all the supplies we would need. With the help from Lowes we were able to install new sicks in our rental property. more

My personal experience with Lowes hasn't always been great. Lowes has been okay as long as I know exactly what I am looking for and I can get in and out with no troubles. However, if I ever need advice or help finding an item that I don’t know much about help is hard to find. They have buttons to call for assistance but it’s like the employees try to act like they don’t hear the page. I still remember the last time I was in there needing help with a vacuum belt and I pressed the button and waited 10 minutes and pressed the button again it was another more

I think that my purchase of the Lowes' gift card was a way that I gave a gift of appreciation to someone who did something nice for me. The card was valued by the receiver because they are always fixing things up around their house and like to do gardening so they would appreciate receiving this card and using it to make them a little bit happier.

My husband was mowing the lawn and a rock managed to break the downstairs sliding glass door. We rarely have time to go into a store and shop together, so we decided to shop online. I actually just purchased a set of doors online on the website at Lowes. The purchase went smoothly, and I was able to choose my delivery time and date. We had such a wonderful experience. The doors look great! I will purchase from Lowes again!

When my wife and I moved into our new house, we received a bunch of gift cards for home improvement stores. We specifically got 3 for Lowes. Our experience using our gift cards with Lowes was perfect. As I said, we had three cards to use, and the process of spanning one transaction over all three cards went seamless. I definitely recommend this card as a gift for anyone buying a new house. Lowes has amazing products, and using the cards is amazingly easy.

A favorite. The go to gift card for just about everyone: Mom, brother, brother in law, sister. I purchased one for my niece. She wanted to buy a used desk and refurbish it. I bought her the card to help her along. Sandpaper, a piece of wood to replace the bottom of a drawer, hardware for the handles, primer, paint, clear coat, all of it she got with the card. And a nice little lamp from the lighting department to boot. This is a great way of giving someone a little "push" to get on with a project. She would otherwise have gotten busy with other things, and spent twice more

I bought my first home and had a lot of painting to do. The older gentleman in the paint department was beyond helpful. He was a retired painter by trade. I explained the conditions of the walls and he suggested a particular primer that would cover well and would ultimately save me money so I wouldn't have to apply more coats of more expensive paint. He helped to estimate how much I needed as well as to make sure I had the right tools and supplies. He was just overall great.

We bought a terrible fridge from Lowe's a few years ago, and had problems from the beginning. Unfortunately right after the warranty expired, the thing quit, and we discovered it would take $600 to repair it. After numerous phone calls and Samsung finally refusing to do anything, we contacted Lowe's, where we bought it, and they agreed to cover the repair bill because of the excessive problems we had had. Lowe's is an honest store that stands behind their products even when the manufacturer won't. Now we do all our home improvement shopping there. It's definitely a good place for appliances, plants, and gardening equipment.

I was given a Lowes gift card for my birthday this year and found it to be easy to use. As simple as using a debit card or cash. I'm a pretty serious gardener, and even have a live weekly radio broadcast about gardening, home improvement and other 'do it yourself' issues. The card was the perfect gift to help me get the things I needed for this new planting season. So, if you're thinking about getting someone started on their own self-reliance, a gift card might be just the boost they need to get them started. You don't even need to go 'overboard' with the amount on the gift more

I recently moved into a house a couple months ago and there was so much to be done. In my closet I wanted to make a shelving unit to be able to fit all my clothes inside (water heater takes up a lot of room). I went to lowe's with the idea of purchasing a ready made organizational unit, unfortunately with all the expenses I had to dish out moving in, I couldn'a afford the one I wanted which was 600$ (or any for that matter). A sales associate came to see if I needed any help and I told him about my financial situation and what I wanted to more

I always seem to have a good experience when I go into Lowes. I was most recently looking at a refrigerator that we were looking at to replace our dying one. The customer service was very helpful, yet I didn’t feel pressured to pick something more than what I was looking for. I chose which one would work for me, and then I asked for delivery. It only took a couple days for the new one to be delivered, and they were very careful in bringing in the new one, and they even removed the old one and hauled it away. I will most definitely be giving them much more more

A couple of years ago I decided to renovate my basement. It was entirely unfinished and with a lot of help from my family I was able to completely finish it all with materials, tools and the help of Lowes’ experts. I did shop around to other lumber yards and Lowes definitely had the best quality and lowest prices. I purchased everything from drywall, tile and bathroom fixtures all at the cheapest prices in town. I still get compliments from everyone who visits my house and I can say that I was able to do all of it cheaper with the help of Lowes.

We are absolutely in love with Lowe's! The other "big name" hardware store had closed in our local city, and we needed to buy another portable heater for our home. We reluctantly went to Lowe's, and at first could not even find the aisle where the heaters were. A wonderful elderly employee saw us and immediately asked if he could help. We told him what we were looking for, and he brought us over to the heating section, and even though was not his department, stayed with us and found out about what we needed, and told us the plus and minuses of each heater. He was very knowledgeable, and more

Lowe's is the place to go for me when I decide to work on our apartment. We recently had a great experience when we moved in to a new apartment. We moved in a few months ago and the apartment manager told us that we were allowed to paint any wall we wanted to just as long as we painted it back to white afterwards. We had a certain bright blue color in mind for an accent wall, but we were unsure if it would be too bright to paint back over. We went to a Home Depot first, because it was closer to our place. It was near closing more

A couple weeks ago, I went to Lowe’s to purchase parts to build a custom made keyboard tray for my new desk. The manufactured keyboard trays I find are too small and I wanted something bigger that can handle a keyboard and big mouse pad so I decided to build one myself. I got the idea from a forum post on the internet but didn't have all the directions on how to build it. I went to Lowe’s hoping to find someone that knew what they were doing. Luckily, building a keyboard tray is just like building a sliding shelf. I asked one employee where the rails for the tray more

I have shopped at Lowe's for many years, but lately I have noticed a troubling trend. Lowe's seems to be lacking in hiring knowledgeable employees to work in specific departments where customers may need answers as to how to complete home projects. For example, I have encountered employees in the plumbing department that could not explain to me the purpose of a drain trap, and why my drains should be vented. While the employees always try to be helpful, having people on the job who know about the products that they are selling is beneficial to both the customer and the company. While this does concern me, it will not more

Last October we purchased a Porter Cable tool kit with a drill, skill saw, and a rechargeable flashlight. The salesman was very helpful and maybe just a little to helpful. It was later in the evening and the store was not busy. We made our decision and the salesman even took it to the checkout for us the box was heavy and we hadn't grabbed a cart on the way in. Where our problem starts is, the sale of the extra warranty. The salesman more than the cashier told us about the benefits of getting the extra 2 year warranty. I was getting a fence put up and I went to Lowe's and Home Depot to price them out. The customer service was not even comparable. At Lowe's I got one on one service from someone who explained all the fences, prices, and helped me decide which fence to get. He then schedule a time for him personally to come out and look at the yard and go over everything. Home Depot gave me a number and said here call them. Lowe's is great for anytime you want to do home repairs or upgrades. They have everything you could possible want or need in one place. I went there to get a new air conditioner and ended up leaving with that and more. The employees were very helpful. The first employee I asked for help didn't know the answer so she went and got anther employee who did. I was looking to get a portable air conditioner unit for my bonus room that was always a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house. I checked a few different stores in the area, but Lowes seemed to have the biggest selection and cheapest prices. I was looking at all the different units they had when an employee came by to see if I needed any help. He gave me the pros cons of each unit regarding the power consumption versus the cooling power. Lowes is a store that I never really considered up until recently. I had always assumed it was a check knockoff of Home Depot. That all changed when I went there a few months ago for the first time. Lowes is so much cleaner and easier to navigate when compared to other hardware stores. That first time I went, I was looking for a special drill bit that no other store had. I love going to Lowes because they are always so helpful. As soon as I walk into the store they ask me if I need any help today. The employees are also very knowledgeable. I remember purchasing my current lawnmower from Lowes. I wasn't really sure about the differences between the products. The employee explained to me the difference between push and self propelled lawnmowers. They also helped me understand the warranty that comes from the factory itself and Lowes guarantee. I would have a two year warranty on the lawnmower itself from the manufacturer where if any issues comes up I would contact the manufacturer for replacement. Lowes itself had a 3 month warranty included where if anything happens within that timeframe I can take it back for replacement. This was very helpful in making up my mind on the purchase.
