Sears outlet (online): I want to be clear that my rating is reflective of issues with purchasing items from sears outlet online. I regularly use sears gift cards at sears itself, and love them. I buy sears gift cards at discounted prices, and I use them along with my sears points. I love my experience with using my gift cards at Sears. I've been doing this for over a year, making multiple purchases using their gift cards for clothes, yard equipment, etc... Problem: After having such a great experience with the gift cards at sears, I decided to go to their Outlet site and purchased approx $300 worth of items more

While growing up, my family always had a Sears credit card. The theory was that most household needs could be remedied with that Sears card. All of our appliances came from Sears along with the routine service and maintenance warranties. Sears also carries some great clothing lines for the entire family. My son is tall and slim so the adjustable waistbands are a must. My husband loves colorful ties and socks so the menswear section helps fill out his collection. I am a cardigan junky and Sears never disappoints with the latest colors for the season. Though my family does not have a Sears credit card (the DEVIL), we shop more

I'm another fairly loyal customer to Sears. I enjoy shopping at Sears for pretty much everything from house hold needs to shopping for tools for my tool collection. I often buy tools from Sears, because they carry a high quality brand for the do-it-yourself type of person. Their main tool product line is Craftsman. All the craftsman hand tools carry a life time warranty. Sears has been very generous and never gave me a problem about returning things. They even let me return a tool box because it was too small! If your looking to do some serious shopping, check out Sears around the holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New more

My favorite store to shop at is Sears. It’s great because they have absolutely everything you could possibly need. Over the summer, I purchased a brand new riding lawn mower from Sears and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The salesman really took the time to help me pick out the riding lawn mower that was the best value for my money and needs. He was kind and really spent the time to make sure that I was getting what I really needed the most. I’m not that great when it comes to mechanical things, so I admit I went in not really knowing what would be more

I have been a long time Sears customer thanks in part to their quality craftsman tools. I've been passed down many tools, and even the very old ones still function flawlessly and have never needed to be replaced, though I know the exchange policy would cover them. I was looking to replace my old washer and dryer and checked the prices of a couple different stores, but sears seemed to have the biggest selection in my price range. The staff helped me pick the best washer/dryer set for my needs, and I was able to negotiate in an extended warranty as well. They even delivered the set for free and more

Sears is one of my all time favorite stores. They seem to be everywhere. lol. I love the pick up policy when ordering large items. They load it all for you. I bought my washer and dryer from there and they loaded it for me and I even got an amazing discount because they were having a sale. I ended up saving over $500.00 on the pair of them. Which left me lots of cash to spend elsewhere in the store... such as a new craftsmen toolbox which they sold at cost because it was a store model! Talk about awesome day. A tear later I had an issue with more

I've always been able to find the things I'm searching for at Sears for a good price. A couple of months back I purchased a garage door opener that was on sale for less than I thought I would have to pay. When we moved into our new house my wife and I bought all of our appliances there as well. Their staff was helpful and patient explaining all the difference features for the stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. In the end we stayed within budget and bought good quality appliances. Their tool selection is excellent. I suggest waiting to the end of the season to buy things like riding more

Ever since I was a kid my dad would take me to Sears and help him get whatever tools or equipment we needed if he was planning a project at home. It was fun times growing up. As I've grown up, I find myself also going to sears for the same reasons. The fantastic tools and other merchandise simply can't be overlooked at Sears. The prices are reasonable and the service from the workers are always pleasant. They usually seem knowledgeable on the departments they work in and that is always a plus. I've never had a bad experience at Sears and I will continue to go there when the more

My parents always shopped at Sears when I was a kid, and my childhood memories of those stores are that they were always big, warm and inviting with lots of colorful displays, inventory in specialized sections and friendly, courteous and helpful salespeople. That being said, it is a COMPLETELY different story these days. In our area(NE Ohio), most of the Sears stores have merged with Kmart and the actual Sears retail stores that are still open are seriously understocked and undermanned. The large displays, wide apparel selection and home merchandise areas are gone and have been replaced by half empty racks stretched thin to fill retail display areas with worn carpet more

Sears is excellent because they cary a wide array of different things. Sometimes I like to use it for home improvement projects and purchase new tools to use. I have often found that the prices are pretty good and that the customer service is great. Sometimes I have seen issues with certain areas of certain Sears stores having messy issues, but I don't care so much about that. I care more about the price and the quality of service. When it comes to sears, you just can't do wrong because they really do a great job of providing you with stuff!

I am a pretty big lover of Craftsman tools so Sears has always been my go to place for that. I recently went to Sears and wanted a certain sized wrench. When I could not find it on the shelf, the staff went out to look for me. They could not find it either so instead of telling me they must be out, they went and looked in back and even called another store. Luckily, the other store had it and I could pick it up at my convenience. I had a wonderful experience that day. Never have I had a staff member of any establishment I have been in more

I'm a constant Sears shopper, as they carry a general selection of stuff I need in my day to day, and their tool selection is infamous for its quality and their Craftsman exchange policy.Their customer service is usually very friendly and helpful, and I've never had a bad experience with it during my visits. The staff is usually very helpful in helping me find whatever I or my family needs. I have found a few locations that are not as well taken care of, such as clothes knocked off hangers onto the floor and left there for a long while, but as far as I can tell its rare. They more

I am a frequent shopper to Sears, although I am not usually a buyer. The last time I purchased anything from Sears was when I was looking for a certain set of tools while in the mall. My arrival to the store was like any other, but this time I started noticing different details of the place as I walked towards the tool section. It was quiet, mostly empty, and just too full of commissioned employees with nothing to do. The lighting was dark in some areas, but bright in others and I felt a certain sense of disconnectedness throughout the store. Upon finding the tools I was looking for, more

I frequent Sears because I find the atmosphere to be generally inviting. Its more of an old fashioned store in a way because it still sells tools and clothes and all the other small things you need for around the house. Its nice to be able to do one stop shopping for anything I could need usually. For example a few weeks ago I had a few broken craftsman tools and needed pants so I went to my local sears picked out the new tools and received the replacements; once I finished that I was able to walk 100 feet and buy dress pants as well as check out the more

We've been shopping at Sears forever. Even my parents (now in their70s) had an account with them when I was a kid. The bottom line is- they can be depended on. They've been around a long time and their prices are usually competitive. We've bought almost all of our tv's and home appliances from them (with no complaints). We also have their store charge card and a Sears Master Card. Their new rewards program is pretty good. It's helped me knock off at least a few dollars on purchases here and there, which comes in handy. My husband has been known to spend an entire afternoon in their appliance and more

In late August, I went to Sears to shop for a new outfit. In the past, Sears had a huge inventory of clothing so I wouldn't leave the store empty handed, but it seems the store has made some serious changes. The store had drastically reduced their clothing departments, and what was there was in shambles. A lot of random items were misplaced and some clothes weren't folded. I went on a weekday so I couldn't understand why it was so disorganized. I headed to the dressing room with a few items and realized that no one had cleaned the rooms that day. They were filled with unwanted clothes and more

I have found that as I get older I go to Sears for just about anything and everything I need. When I was younger I thought the store was kind of whack but now I'm of the opinion that they are a tried and true retailer for everything one needs. When I needed a new snowblower last year I did not hesitate to go to Sears and check out the Craftsman line without even checking other stores. I believe that illustrates that this is a store I trust and trust me I'm not an easy sell.I know what to expect from Sears in terms of price and product and for more

The nearest Sears to us is at the mall in Jackson. So obviously I don't go there that often. The last time I went there was when I took my family for pictures in the mall. My youngest girl had decided to change her pants as we were running out the door. I didn't notice till we got to Jackson that the pants she had on had a hole in the knee. So I decided to rum over to Sears and get her a quick pair of pants. The store was horribly arranged, it took me awhile just to find the kids clothes then the search for a pair of more

Sears is a place that sometimes gets criticized these days for lack of modernity, but I must take the time to share my always-great experiences with them. I am a regular shopper at two local Sears. Both of them have an excellent, affordable selection of women’s clothes, and men’s too. It’s the one place my husband actually enjoys shopping. They often have great clearance deals and sales on other household goods as well, like new sets of pots and pans and small appliances, and if you’re looking for large appliances, Kenmore is still a great brand. When I bought my house last year that came with new appliances, everything I more
