Even if you pay off the card on time, they will reduce your available credit and later close your account. Worst card I have ever had!

Great rate! Paid it off. Was provided 12 months to get it paid off. Took advantage of the offer. Hopefully they kept that rate for people in the future

My experience with their service has had issues with the service department. My first time purchasing 4 tires they over inflated the tires past what's recommended by manufacturer. I asked that they would lower the PSI. They lied and said they would adjust as I drove. The PSI Should've been 30 they put them at 40.

This card has been so amazingly convenient for me over the years. I was able to get them expensive a** tires for my 350Z (low profile of course ?), and any other quick repairs and gas (which we all need a little help keeping in our tanks right now ( I will admit my balance has creeped up and now I'm concentrating on getting that down, because that interest rate has also gone up!. They have been very generous with their credit limits though. Thank you!

Unfortunate for Discount Tire, they’re paired up with a horrible credit card company. Opened an account, paid it on time every month, paid it off a month ago and then they closed my account because my address wasn’t updated. They’ve emailed me before, text me before and called me before. But couldn’t call, text, and/or email to say “we need to update your address”. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Stay clear of this company.

This has been one of the most simple cards to use. Always easy to make payment. Also easy to track my purchases. The interest rate is set and it relieves a lot of stress

Discount Tire is great, However the Synchrony Car Care Card is a bad card with extremally high interest rates 26 to 29.99% and extremally bad customer service. I would recommend never using any Synchrony Bank product. Synchrony Bank is a Predatory Lender and should be avoided at all costs.
