Explanation: The termination of a bankruptcy case without either discharge or denial of discharge. After dismissal, the debtor and creditor(s) have the same rights they had before the bankruptcy case was filed.
Our Thoughts: Dismissal is a penalty waged against infractions of case procedures -- stick to the letter of the plan to avoid this!
