The Goodyear Credit Card doesn’t offer points, miles or cash back based on the amount you spend. All it gives you is the promise of exclusive offers in Goodyear locations nationwide. That package simply isn’t enough to make applying for the Goodyear Card a good idea, especially considering all of the excellent rewards credit cards that are currently available.
Dangerous financing.
People are often drawn to the Goodyear Tire Credit Card because it offers 0% interest for six months on purchases of at least $250. But that’s actually a bad deal. For starters, it includes a feature called deferred interest, which means the card’s regular APR will retroactively apply to your original purchase amount if you pay your monthly bill a day late or don’t repay your full balance by the end of the intro period. So it would be like the 0% rate never existed. What’s more, the average 0% credit card gives you nearly 11 months before interest takes effect, according to WalletHub’s latest Credit Card Landscape Report. So there are better options for big-ticket purchases.
No annual fee is the best part.
Nearly all retailer-affiliated credit cards lack annual fees. So the fact that the Goodyear Card is one of them doesn’t really say much. And the idea that this might be its best feature in turn speaks volumes.
Attainable with fair credit, but not worth your time.
As long as you have fair credit or better, you should be able to get the Goodyear Credit Card. But if that’s the case – you can check your credit score for free on WalletHub to find out – you’ll also have better options available to you.

Fraudulent credit card, never open it. They will never give you a rebate, no matter how many proofs of purchase you provide. They will never grant access to your account so that you can see what is going on in the account. They will never send an OTP to your phone number to get access to the account. The amount due sometimes decreases, sometimes increases. After 14 months of payment, only $30 have been deducted from my balance which is complete fraud

I received an email that I needed to use my card before 3/31/24 to prevent account closure due to inactivity. I tried using it at a gas station and it didn't work. I planned on calling them soon after to resolve the issue, but they closed my account yesterday without prior notice on 1/19/24, months before the email said it would close. I called and they had nothing to say, just "nothing can be done once it's closed." absolutely ridiculous.

Total scam. The car repair facility touted this as interest free for 9 months. Instead it is "deferred" interest. Avoid this card at all cost. Also avoid GOODYEAR in general as the agent completely mis-led me. Would give zero stars if possible. These "people" have no bottom they won't sink to. Avoid Coloradoland tire on Lakewood. They are worthless.

Credit score decreased for using this card and never missing a payment. Always pay total amount due in one payment. Decreased credit score because of 30% usage was the stated reason. Paid in full in one payment.
