This is the worst credit card company I have ever seen and used. I will never use them again. They are absolutely horrible. They tell you that they'll get back to you, but they never do, and they come up with interest charges that shouldn't exist. I've never seen anything in my life so poorly run.
Beware of them. Do not use them. They do not care about their customers. If you have a problem, they are useless.

I do not recommend this credit card as the customer service is awful. They get you with the "into 0%", The auto payments come out whenever they feel the need to and can come out twice a month more than they are supposed to. I have made all of my payments throughout the past year and somehow still owe $1400 when the initial purchase was only $1500 and change. Highly recommend researching other ways to pay for Kay's. This issue is with comenity bank. Not with Kay Jeweler's.

First credit card I was ever approved for as a you g adult but unfortunately the APR is outrageous considering the amount I’ve time and good standing that I’ve had for this card. There are also very few perks and rewards.

Worst customer service ever! Instead help you with the purchase they lie and brush you off to make you pay even more. That especially is bad when you buy something on the plan. When you call they say they can't fix it because you didn't dispute in 60 days so you end up paying their 30% interest on the purchase that it supposed to be on your plan! So people, who ever is reading this be careful when you're purchasing anything with Kay jewelry with Kay jewelry credit card. And check your balance every month! Or even better try to use any other credit lender.
