I was offered this card several times by my bank and was given a nice credit limit and decent (for 2023) interest rate. I plan to use a small part of it to transfer the balance from a couple of high interest accounts.

The PNC Cash Rewards card is a great rewards card option if you spend a lot at the gas station with 4% cash back, and other cashback categories, up to 8K a year. It also offers 0% balance transfer offers throughout ownership and generous credit limits that exceed 25K over time with no hard pull when you request a limit increase. Despite that APRS can be higher with PNC, their credit card policies are great and they take care of you if you treat them right. Overall a very good card to have.... and all with no annual fee.

PNC credit cards, are amazing and easy to obtain with good or excellent credit. PNC is a relationship bank so if you have a bank account there or any other financial products. It makes it much easier to get approved for their cards from my experience. I have 4 out of 5 of the cards PNC offers, and got them all within 2 years with a Experian score that ranged from about 680-700. Which is good but far from excellent, I strongly believe I got the cards because I been banking with them for 3 years; prior to sending in my applications for these cards. I know few people who try applying with better scores than me and got denied. You will also see that’s a theme for these cards, denying the perfect applicant. Your chances are best when already a PNC customer.
All limits doubled upon 6 months having these cards.

Their Website is one of the worst I have recently used! Their site looks like one from the 90's, like they're still in the testing process. A bank their size should have remedied this long ago.

PNC is the absolute most friendly neighborhood bank I have ever experienced!! I actually have made friends with some of the employees. It is always nice to be recognized by your first name!! And added to that, PNC was willing to work with me when I lost my job in September!! That have been awesome. I would have never believed that a bank could be like owing money to your best friend. As long as I pay a little amount every month, they let me get by!!

Despite some of the negative reviews, I happen to love this card. It's the highest CL in my wallet, sitting at $13,000. I've received some nice cash back rewards as well, that I can transfer straight to my connected PNC account. I have not had any issues with the online banking. Maybe because I also bank with them and everything is linked. Great card for cash back on gas (4%), dining, and just general purchases.

Like everything budget related--it "works" when you use credit wisely. I avoid "sales" and "special discount/clearance" offers. If I don't need it then it's not a "steal" or a "bargain." Resist FOMO sales pitches--stop charging, pay more than the minimum and work to pay off high-debt first. Transfer larger payments to lower balance cards as you go. You really can climb out of debt with a little bit of forethought and prudent decision making.

Terrible for using outside US. They charge 3% fee if you use it abroad. Careful with this card!
Positive sides are decent rewards for gas and restaurants purchases (but unfortunately limited per year)

I'm happy with this card. It doesn't offer the intro 0% like some cards do, but does match or offer higher % rewards than most other similar cards. I was approved at a lower 13.99% Regular APR only having about a 690 credit score. For anyone wondering, the only score they sent me was Experian so I'm assuming thats the score they use.
In regards to the other reviews, I use PNC for my regular banking as well so I could just be used to their online system, but it works fine for me. I've never had any issues paying bills or monitoring transactions online. Much better than my old bank (BB&T).
