The credit score you need for the Alphaeon Credit Card is 640 or better. That means people with at least fair credit have a shot at getting approved for this card, as long as they have enough income to afford monthly payments and they meet the card's other requirements.
While your credit score is an important factor, there are plenty of other things that will impact your chances of being approved for the Alphaeon Credit Card, too. Some...
Unfortunately, you cannot get a cash advance with your Alphaeon Credit Card. This is a healthcare card that can only be used for medical expenses, at certain physicians.
The fact that Alphaeon Credit Card cash advances are not an option might actually be a blessing in disguise. Cash advances with a credit card are very expensive, due to a cash advance fee and a separate cash advance APR that apply as soon as you withdraw the cash. There...
No, you cannot get the Alphaeon Credit Card with a co-signer. As a matter of fact, most credit card issuers no longer allow this option. However, you can check to see if you pre-qualify for the card, to gauge your odds of approval (80%+). Checking to see if you pre-qualify will only involve a soft pull, which won't damage your credit score.
If you don't pre-qualify, it is still possible to be added as an authorized user on...
You can request an Alphaeon Credit Card credit limit increase online or by calling customer service at (855) 497-8176. To raise your chances of being approved for a higher credit limit, pay your bill on time for at least six straight months, reduce your outstanding debt, and update the income Comenity Bank has on file. Comenity Bank will be more likely to increase your credit limit if the revised income clearly shows that you can afford a higher limit.
It should take 7-10 business days to get the Alphaeon Credit Card after you get approved. If you need the card sooner, you can request expedited shipping at no additional cost. To do that, call customer service at (855) 497-8176 after you get approved. With expedited shipping, your card should arrive in 1-2 business days.
Just keep in mind that it's not a good idea to request expedited shipping right after approval. If you do that, the...
You can apply for the Alphaeon Credit Card by visiting the Alpheon website. Once you're there, select the “PRE-QUALIFY” button located in the top right corner of the page. On the next page select “PRE-QUALIFY” again, and then fill in the required info to submit the application.
The Alphaeon Credit Card may offer 0% APR promotions on certain purchases. It's important to pay off the entire balance before the promotional rate expires, though. That is because the regular APR might apply retroactively from the purchase date if any balance remains after the 0% APR period ends. This is called deferred interest, and it can be quite costly.
Keep in mind that even though you don't pay interest during 0% APR periods, you still must...

If it were at all possible to give them a negative rating, I would do so. They are NOT customer-friendly. Once you pay off your balance, they will send you another bill for more interest on that zero balance. My advice would be to do your research and then RUN away as fast as you can from this company.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Their customer service is atrocious and not communicative at all. I have tried to make this payment twice before, and they wouldn't accept it. They are the worst to work with. Do not get a card with them.

I was $100 shy of paying off my LASIK surgery and got charged $2200 in interest. I explained to them how I thought it was taken care of because I had it on autopay and admitted it was my fault for being $100 short (I would have paid it off obviously; it was an honest mistake). They do not care. They all said they couldn't help me. I'm very devastated as I don't know how to pay this off now. How do you pay $200 every month for 2 years and have a balance of $100 go to $2200 overnight …. Very bad business practices.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Don't obtain credit from them. I have tried to contact customer service for support with zero success. Each representative, including a "supervisor," mocked me and made me feel foolish for calling for help and asking a question. They don't help you. They are a nightmare! To this day (over one month later), I still don't have a solution.

Terrible experience. Awful customer service. I have a credit score of 813 and no debt. They did not approve a loan for my cataract lenses in time for my surgery. I gave it six weeks. They had this QR code to scan on their marketing material that implied they were quick and high-tech, but it didn't work. I went through their website to get approved. There is no way to check the status of approval on their website. I called and was told to look at the website, and then the agent hung up. My patient counselor called Alphaeon with me at the office, and they hung up on her as well.

The worst credit card company ever. Their system doesn't allow you to set up the date for the automatic payment, and it's already automatically set up with the 20th as the due date. The system needs 1 or 2 days to process your payment (you can easily read that on the platform). In that way, they will charge you a late fee plus interest because, obviously, your payment is not received on time. If you call them for help in changing the due date on the automatic payment, they will answer you that it's not possible to do that. Horrible!!! Stay very far! 0 Stars!!!

Their practices should be illegal. Late payments without an email or text. Horrible company. Look for another! CareCredit has been 100 times better to deal with.

This card is a scam. They do not communicate with you about the terms and when your terms are ending. You will receive a backlog of APR costs from your purchase if you do not pay it off at the end of the promotional period. That was $1400 for me, and I was on top of the payments, paying more than the minimum. This was not communicated to me at all. Total scam.

The best thing I did for myself was to have my credit union take over this horrible loan. They cut them a check based on what they asked for which still wasn't enough to pay off my account in full. As a result more interest accrued, they lost the payoff check - causing more delay in proper posting of the final payment and in the end, costing me almost $400 in additional late fees/interest just to pay them off in full again. This company gets 0 stars for ripping off their customers, never closing accounts as requested by their customers and overall poor customer service. THIS BY FAR IS THE WORST EVER contract I signed up for. I feel the pain of other customers that has been ripped off by this raggedly company. I will tell all my friends and family to avoid them for their own sake. My goal is to give them a bad review on every review site that I can. I will be reporting them to the BBB and my state attorney general because this kind of thievery must stop. That's their game to give payoff amounts, then take forever posting payoffs therefore causing more interest to where it keep the customer indebt to them. I threatned legal action if my account doesn't show paid in full after that last payment. I made sure they knew I wasn't the one.

AWFUL. I've paid off over $7,000 of my $14,000 balance, but due to unexpected "promotion interest charges," I still have a negative balance despite never missing a payment. Long story short, none of my money has gone to paying the balance. It's a trap. This should be illegal. If you are offered this as an alternative to pay for dental work, avoid it at all costs. Something that was supposed to cost me $14,000 is now costing me $21,000 and counting. This is a dishonest company. They charged me five different "promotional interest charges." Do not apply for this card.

I think we the customer should hire a lawyer to do a class action lawsuit to sue this company for damages, pain and suffering due to ripping their customers off. This kind of stealing has to stop.

SAME WITH ME. My beginning balance was $3700. I was close to paying them off when I was hit with a $2200 interest rate. Why would anyone pays monthly payments, just to be hit with over 2grands of interest fees. They give no option to dispute them charged. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
