This card is nice for savings off the first purchase. You also get coupons in the mail and offers for cardholders. The APR is kind of high, but in line with other retail store credit cards. I would recommend not carrying a balance on this card because you will waste all of the good deals from your coupons and savings when you have to pay that interest charge. You can pay your bill online, by mail and in store so that is convenient. They usually have really good deals on nice clothing so, paired with this card you can save a lot. Otherwise, I don't think the card has a lot to offer.

So does the Ann Taylor Loft Credit Card offer basically the same terms as the Ann Taylor Credit Card, but for a lower annual fee. If the differences between what the stores themselves are any indication, the answer is yes, but why don’t we see what the Ann Taylor Loft Card has to offer (I’ve already reviewed the Ann Taylor Credit Card). The Anne Taylor Loft Credit Card offers 5 Loft Love Rewards points for every $1 you spend at either Ann Taylor or Ann Taylor Loft (in store or online), 1 Loft Love Rewards point for every $1 you spend elsewhere, $15 off one purchase during your birthday month, and 10% off every first Tuesday of the month. The only ways the Ann Taylor Loft Credit Card’s terms differ from those of the Ann Taylor Credit Card is the fact that you get the Tuesday discount with the Loft Credit Card, but you do not get the 15% off discount the first time you use your card that the non-Loft Credit Card offers. When it comes to interest rates, the Anne Taylor Loft Card and the Ann Taylor Card are identical; neither offers 0% on purchases or balance transfers, and both have a 24.99% regular rate. Which one should you get? Well, 10% off the first Tuesday each month seems a lot better than 15% off the first time you use your card, so I’d go with the Ann Taylor’s Loft Credit Card. That is if you spend a lot on Ann Taylor stuff every month. If you don’t, a generic rewards credit card would be a better option. The Blue Cash Everyday Card from Amex gives you 3% off at supermarkets, 2% at gas stations and department stores, and 1% on everything else. The Chase Sapphire Preferred has an initial bonus worth $625 in travel or $500 in cash.
