Horrible, just horrible. Don't expect a good experience with this company/credit card...

The loft credit card has a high interest rate about 23-25% that is typical for a store average interest rate. One of the things about a loft card is a maser-card which you can use for restaurants, gas, and other items. Unlike other store cars such as J crew or Victoria Secret or Express, you can actually use this card outside of the store itself. However, the main purpose of this card is if you actually comes down to shopping at loft. For every dollar you spend, your rewards goes back to loft.

Although The Loft credit card has a high interest rate at about 25%m this is comparable to most store credit cards. One of the things I love the best about the Loft credit card is the rewards system. With this card you can earn rewards whether at a Loft store or elsewhere. The 5 Luv points for each dollar spent at a Loft store is appealing, and the 1 Luv point for money spent elsewhere are a great incentive to use this card. The $15 birthday present is great, as is the %10 discount on Tuesdays. This would make a consumer more likely to use the Loft Master card for everyday purchases.

The Loft Credit Card is a handy card if you shop at one of the Loft or Ann Taylor stores or online shops. It provides you with many rewards if you are willing to spend at the store. Like I said, if you regularly shop at these stores then this card will be a great match for you. The APR is a little high compared to other credit cards, but as ling as payments are made on time, then it wouldn't be an issue.
Another card that would be good in this instance would be the Discover It card which gives you 5% back on all purchases on a rotating bonus more

The Loft Credit Card is a pretty decent offering. It really boils down to if you shop at the Loft a lot or not. If so, this card will save you a lot of money over the course of it's use. The various rewards you can get really rack up while shopping there. Otherwise, this card is a bog-standard store-specific rewards card. Interest is decent but not great.

If you're not a big Loft shopper, you're better off checking out a different rewards card with Visa, Mastercard, or one of the other big Credit Card providers.

If you shop at the Loft, this card makes sense. Otherwise, keep looking. more

The Loft Credit Card is pretty neat due to the fact that if you spend money at Loft or even outside of Loft you can get money back to shop with. $20 for every 2000 points isn't that bad and can come in handy. My wife loves this and takes advantage of the rewards. I mean, hey what's better than free money? This would be a great gift to get for your wife, mother, aunt, sister, etc.. The interest rates are a little high but I don't think that's a big factor for this card.

If you shop at the Loft often, then this credit card will slowly, but sure save you. I've really enjoyed being about to use it every Tuesday for the 10% discount and I am constantly received discounts in the mail/email from them to use in conjunction. The customer service and website for paying bills is really great as well. I've had nothing but great experiences with this credit card, which I pay in full every time I accumulate a balance.

Compared to other card offers the Loft card seems like a good deal if you shop their brand a lot. The birthday bonus and discount Tuesdays are not benefits I've seen with any other card. It's unfortunate that they don't offer an intro rate for people who carry balances, but for myself, I like the bonus points, no annual fee and additional savings since I pay my bill in full each month and don't use it for balance transfers.

the customer service told me i will be able to see my payment go through after midnight, but the system reject me from logging in the next day. do you really want a card take so much much hassles just to get a few dollars discount?

I got the Loft credit card for my wife and she loves the perks we get as a cardholder, mainly the birthday discount. I really like the rewards program, I earn rewards a little faster on this card than other cards. The interest rate is a little high, but we make up for it in rewards. We do not use the card anywhere BUT Ann Taylor or Loft, as we do not get any of the card benefits if we use it elsewhere. I think that we would use the card much more frequently if they would allow rewards on ALL purchases, not just their purchases. Overall, my wife shops more

The terms of this credit card are lower tier at worst and mediocre at best. It really depends on how you plan to use it. If you use purely as a Loft store card. It has a 24.99% annual percentage rate which lower than most banks/other cards offer if you have a low 600 credit score, it has no special intro rate/balance transfer rates, which is fairly uncommon for cards with such a high interest rate.

Also the rewards system could be nice, but it seems as though you would really have to watch when you spend money on the card to really optimize the rewards system, which could be more

This the the worst card ever!!! The gal at the resister, when I made my purchase, told me I'd receive an email for my bill and that she had updated my address. I had recently moved so that sounded great. I never revived an email. I revived the bill on 2/14 and it said it had to be paid by 2/11, they had sent it to my old address. I called customer server immediately and they were SO RUDE! The late fee was more than my original charge. I paid it and cancelled the card immediately. $45 for one pair of tights. They were total jerks on the phone. I'm not more

Terrible card. I have used the regular loft card for so long and then they upgraded it to MAstercard. That time they never told me that my account with autopayment would not be transferred. They gave me an impression that it was an upgrade to the same card. But actually its a new card and needs all the login setup done again. Funny thing is that I have never even gotten the card via mail yet - been 2 months. So, they charged me ~$70 late fee which they would not waive completely when i explained them that this is the first time its happened unlike other credit card companies. more

I like the card. The member benefits are pretty cool. I have to say I love earning points for every dollar that I spend and a gift card for 2000 points is pretty cool also. What would make it better is if it weren't just s specifically for the Loft store. I love Ann Taylor so it would be pretty cool to be able to use it for the brand across the board. If they made that change I would probable rate them at least a 4 or possibly a 4.5. I still really like the card though so I think I'm going to stick with it for now.

The Ann Taylor LOFT Credit Card is only good for people that shop at Loft as their primary store. The benefits include 15% off when you open the card and 10% every first Tuesday of the month. I suggest only using this card at LOFT because a lot trouble with this card seems to be happening when you use this card at other stores or restaurants. Overall, the card gives great discounts for at the LOFT, and is only recommended for card holders who are looking to shop at LOFT significant amount of times in a month.

This card is only for people with an excellent or good credit score. Once accepted though, the Ann Taylor Loft credit card, you can earn 5 loft love reward points for every dollar you spend at LOFT, LOFT.com, LOFT Outlet, Ann Taylor, AnnTaylor.com or Ann Taylor Factory Stores. You'll also get 1 bonus point for every dollar you spend at any other store. You get $15 off one in store item during the month your birthday falls in. Earn a $20 Love gift card for every 2,000 loft love bonus points you acquire.

I have been a loyal Loft shopper and Love Loft Mastercard user for several years – I used it as my primary card and have always enjoyed the rewards. However, earlier this year I experienced my first real problem with the service – I went to pay at a restaurant and had the card embarrassingly declined. I called the hotline to see what the problem was, and they told me that my card was part of some compromised information and that it was frozen. They said they would send a new one in a few days. Firstly, I was upset that they didn’t contact me to tell me about the more

I shop at Loft a lot, so the Ann Taylor Loft credit card is really great- the monthly discounts and reward cards are awesome. The points-to-dollars ratio is pretty good, it definitely pays off if you shop at Loft a lot (shop, get points, get gift cards, shop more, the cycle continues). I think APR is pretty standard, at least compared to my other cards.

This Ann Taylor Loft credit card seems comparable to most store cards with decent perks. It has a typical APR but with some good perks and no annual fee, like the Victoria's Secret Angel card does. I like store cards like this that give you money for every so many points you earn with them. Some store cards dot do that, and it doesn't really make sense to have a card specifically for that store if you don't get any rewards from it. So all in all I think I would like this card.

I am very interested in the Ann Taylor Loft credit card and I have asked several friends their opinions. Unfortunately, I do not know anyone who has actually used this card. The percentage rates seem average since the benefits and perks are nice. I was excited to see “The Royal Treatment” discount on your Birthday which is $15 off one in-store purchase during your birthday month and also 10% off every first Tuesday of every month at LOFT and LOFT.com. A downside is I noticed the grace period is 23 days whereas many of my other cards are 30 days. I guess that is better than a shorter 3-7 days more

Horrible card. They require that the payment is sent in by 1pm PST and will not allow payments without a fee after that time. Then they charge a late fee for the amount of your minimum payment. Horrible customer service, horrible card. Not worth the time or hassle.

Poor customer support, continuously selling you the product from the bank.
Poor online account management portal, wasting my time operating on that!

The LOFT Credit Card has some good features as well as some drawbacks. The bonus options are great for frequent shoppers of these stores, but the percentages are very, very high, even for a brand-specific card like this. The 10% bonus off every first Tuesday is a unique bonus that will appeal to frequent shoppers.

The Ann Taylor LOFT Credit Card is OK. The 10% off every first Tuesday is a nice feature.

While the LOFT credit card appears like a fantastic option to first, I would caution people against enrolling in the program. While there are a lot of options to earn rewards (5 pts for each $1), and it is accepted at nearly every LOFT retail venue, the ~25% interest rate is pretty concerning. If you shop at LOFT fairly exclusively, and are EXTREMELY diligent about paying off the balance each month, that might justify the risk-reward ratio. Otherwise, I would probably advise against it.

This is my go-to store for clothes for work, and the card makes it even easier to pick up a new outfit when I need one. I can always find great clothes that are stylish, professional, and comfortable at Loft. Further, while the store's prices seem high on first glance, the card enables me to get frequent and excellent discounts via coupons and in-store promotions. (You might be able to save even more if you are a teacher, and there is also a nice discount for educators). While the APR is a bit high if you don't pay your full balance, this card can help you get some great outfits more

I think it is great that you 15% off when you use the Ann Taylor Loft Card at any of the following stores: LOFT, LOFT.com, Ann Taylor, ANNTAYLOR.com, LOFT Outlet and Ann Taylor Factory Store. The rewards are excellent and their is no redeem limit. I think the 3% balance transfer fee is pretty good. I would give this card a 5 star rating if the regular APR rate was a little lower. But there are still some good things about this card. You are not going to want to pay the late fee at $35 either.

I like the points you can earn on this card but the APR is very high for a credit card. However, I would reccomend this card to anyone who shops at these stores.

The terms of the Ann Taylor LOFT Credit Card are just OK. I do like is the low max late fee of $35. I also like that there is no annual fee. That type of fee is the kind of thing that sneaks up on you, especially if you haven't used the card in a while. The max penalty APR of 29.99% and regular APR of 24.99% is every high. Higher than the clothes store card I used to have. The cash advance fee is also high but thats a feature I would never use any way. The fee for foreign transaction seems reasonable but I'm not sure how often more

The Ann Taylor Loft card I a very good card to have for those who enjoy this store, and online shopping offers some great discounts too with this card. The credit limit is a bit more generous than cards such as Macys which is pretty low.
Again, a necessary card if this is where you shop.

I think if you shop at Ann Taylor a lot you will like this card. You do however, have to be careful of a few things. Their interest rate is at 24.99%! Which is a bit higher than most regular cards. Also their late fee of $35 is also high. If, like me, though you make a purchase and pay it off right away you won't incur any of that, but you still get all the perks! 15% off your first purchase, 5 points for every dollar spent and on your birthday you get $15 off in store on one purchase that month. I'd say get it if you shop more

The Ann Taylor LOFT credit card has a rather high interest rate in comparison to say the Chase Sapphire Rewards card. Its regular rate is 15.99% that's nine percentage points less!! However, I suppose if you shop at LOFT or Ann Taylor a lot then it might be worth getting this card's rewards.

Feb 13, 2014
The Ann Taylor LOFT credit card is just ok. I do not like the fairly high interest rate at 24.99% or the $35 late fee that this card charges. If you shop at Ann Taylor a lot and use the card only for the store, then it may be worth it to get this card. It does give a 15% introductory offer and up to 5 points for every dollar spent, so there are some perks to this card if you think you would use it often. Carrying a sizeable balance on the card if not paying it off every month would not make the few rewards you get worth more

If you shop at Loft or Ann Taylor, either online or in store, then you need to get the Ann Taylor LOFT Credit Card. The 15% off when you open and use the card is a great deal. Then they have a whole bunch of bonuses and rewards for spending in store and unlike a lot of other cards they have a reward for when you shop elsewhere. You will save a ton of money if you shop at those stores and use this card.

If you really like Ann Taylor then why aren't you getting this card? The 15% is enough to make me get the card. I've saved probably thousands of dollars on this card. The best part about it though is that you're not just getting 15% off but you're also accumulating points for it as well. I'm so glad I got this card.

As far as in-store rewards cards go, the Ann Taylor LOFT Credit Card is just "OK". There are some things about it that I really enjoy- namely, there's no annual fee to use it. This is good, because most people are not going to shop at Ann Taylor enough to really rack up points using this card. I do appreciate the fact that they'll give you a discount once a year, but I would really like to see more cash back rewards, especially since you have to have pretty amazing credit to get this card in the first place. I can think of several stores with better store cards, namely more

I like, with the Ann Taylor card, the initial 15% discount bonus. This is great for initial purchases. The fact that you can earn up to five points per dollar is a great addition, as well. The interest is rather high, however. Even for a store credit card.

In my opinion The Ann Taylor LOFT Card is one of the best out there. I used this card to purchase my mothers birthday presents and i got a whopping Fifteen percent off my first purchase. Although it does have a high 25 percent interest rate its comparable to others in the field and the same as The Macy's Store Credit Card. I've recommended this card to several coworkers who love it as well. I love the 5% you earn back while shopping at LOFT or any other Ann Taylor stores and im a frequent visitor to their shops.

I originally signed up for the Ann Taylor LOFT credit card while Christmas shopping. The first purchase got me huge discount of 15 percent and seemed worth my time. Once I got it home and took a look at the paper work I realized it wasn't a bad card. Compared to my Macy's credit card the interest is the same 25 percent which is about average for a store card. It doesn't have any yearly fees and the discounts and savings really add up if your wife/girlfriend do a lot of shopping in the store. All and all it's a good card just make sure to pay it off at more
