I’m not quite sure why I had so many issues with the US Bank Cash Rewards Visa Card, I just know we had a lot. We used this card for my start-up company just to build our credit and gain some cash rewards. What we received was a false bill, junk mail out of our behind, and a cancellation process I can’t even begin to describe. When statement time came around, we received our bill for the card and it was $10,000 over what we spent on it. We were blown away by how much it was. I knew something was wrong because there is no way we could of spent that much. I ended up talking to customer service and it turned out that they mixed several cards up and even had a breach. It took 2 months to get this straightened out and through that time we weren’t able to use our card. This was a very long and terrible process and I don’t plan on using any US Bank cards any longer.
