I will NEVER be a customer of Wayfair again. Their store credit card is the worst decision I ever made. Their representatives at Citi Bank are irresponsible and unprofessional. They don't send out statements, either through email or online. Trying to get set up with online payments has been horrible. It's been a month, and I'm STILL waiting for them to contact me to set it up. The worst company and experience I have ever had, and I will never do business with them again. I will definitely let my friends know too. Shop at Wayfair but NEVER get the card. Also, it is very expensive to do any kind of return with them.

Sky high APR rates, even with fair and good credit! Do not get their store credit card, unless you want to pay these rates. Deceptive marketing practices. because they advertise you will not pay any interest if paid in full during a certain amount of time; this is absolutely false! You are better off using another card or "Affirm". At least you know what you are getting into. I ordered about $1500 worth of furnishings, and my interest on the card is $40 per month.

Never received the card in mail. Have to make payment on a phone call. I recently changed my number and tried to update my information over on the phone. They refused update my phone number because i cant "verify" thats im the primary cardholder since i dont have my old phone number which. I offered my account number, SSN, etc. And they refuse to tame it.they keep sending me suspected fraud mail and there's no way for me to pay.

I had someone change my password and order things on January 11, 2023. I reported the fraudulent activity right away. I spent 7 months trying to convince Citibank I shouldn't have to pay for the interest charges and late fees on these charges that they confirmed were fraudulent. I called them at least a dozen times and wrote a letter outlining all the charges and calls to which I never got a response. Most of the time, I was told to wait another billing cycle. I did have one representative suggest I just pay the fees! I had a couple of folks that finally understood what was going on and told me they were escalating my case to get it taken care of. Some of the charges would go away, but another late fee would be added! After 7 months of getting nowhere, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. That finally got their attention. Within 2 weeks, my balance was zeroed and my credit report returned to its excellent standing. Shame on Citibank for their terrible customer service and shame on Wayfair for letting someone change my password in the middle of the night and order things to a completely different address.

False advertising in their practices. Only signed up for the card because Wayfair advertised 12 months at 0% interest, allowing you to pay over time. Day #1 after the "due date" on my FIRST MONTH's INVOICE they started calling and leaving harassing voicemails DAILY. You return their call and they flat out refuse to mail you a written copy of your terms and conditions. How is this allowed by banking regulators, to advertise one thing and then refuse to honor it? The phone reps at Citibank operate like former strong-arm repo men and not customer service reps. Sadly I think I'll pay my balance in full just to avoid the daily harassing phone calls, eventhough I still technically have 10 months left before any interest kicks in. Avoid this credit card at all costs, it's a nightmare and Wayfair should truly cut ties with Citibank.

I was given a high credit limit on my Wayfair MasterCard and I tried using the card yesterday and it was declined shortly after someone called me, it was my mistake not to get his name ge was from their customer service asking if it was me and all this information and after I confirmed it I told him that I had been denied why and he apologized and said he was taking the block off my card that it was only because it was a new card and therefore they weren't used to the spending pattern of it, I said okay thank you . Today I tried using my card to get something to eat at Pollo Tropical and again it was declined again I called & again they said that they were going to take the block off they apologize for the inconvenience. So I tried it again a half hour later and again it was declined. I called the third time the lady that answered the phone wasn't very nice in fact her name was Gabriella from the security department and she said that they were going to go ahead and take the block off sorry for the inconvenience the same thing. I was irate because this should not have been happening I don't get mad easily. When I started to tell her that I was sorry that I don't usually get mad but this was my third time calling for the same issue, she cut me off wished me a good day and hung up. I again tried using my card to order food after I hung up with her a half hour later and again it was declined. By this time I didn't want to eat from them anymore and I didn't bother to call back. Every time you call they go through the same process everybody says the same thing ask you the same questions and I was not going to do that again. I think their service is horrible, I've never had to go through that with any of my credit cards , it's ridiculous . They said every time I called that this wasn't going to happen again I don't know what's going on I don't know who else to call to get this straightened out. This is just a fair warning to all of you who have this card in case you go through the same thing hopefully not.

This card was an absolute nightmare. Deceptive trade practices. They don’t send you the card so you can’t pay online. They make the due date right after you get the statement and then charge you late fees of over $35. Paying by phone is a complex process. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from this card.

The card has been nothing but a nightmare so far as I still haven't been able to get it sent to me and I was provided no notification about it, or about when my due date was for the card as I was still somehow able to use it on my Wayfair account. Then the support team couldn't verify it was my account since they said my phone number wasn't connected, my phone number! How about something more secure to confirm it's my account to allow me to literally just pay my bill. Once I finally jump through the rest of the hoops to actually have the physical card and be able to pay it I am cancelling it and won't use it again. Luckily their credit card service is not the same customer service team as normal ordering through Wayfair.com as they are lovely people that are quick and efficient if there has ever been an issue with an order. Don't get this card, stick to your normal major credit card and if needed wait until you get a 0% interest promo if that's what is needed. This Wayfair card is not worth it.

This JUST happened to me. My account had a zero balance and was closed. They charged me a late fee and put in on my credit report when there was no balance. I always paid on time with them even when THEY closed the program. My payments were set up to be automatically withdrawn from my account. What is wrong with them. I called them and they said to call back in one to two weeks bc their system was down and unable to pull my account. It no longer exists. I will be reporting them.
