The best features of the Aspire Credit Card are a credit limit of up to $1,000, monthly credit bureau reporting, and solid rewards. Cardholders earn 3% cash back when paying for gas, groceries and household utilities, as well as 1% cash back on all other purchases. But if you don’t pay the card’s bill in full every month, the very high Aspire Credit Card interest rate will quickly wipe out your savings.

To log in to your Aspire® Cash Back Reward Card account, go to the login page on the Aspire website or mobile app and enter your username and password in the appropriate fields. How to Log in to a Aspire Card Account
Register your Aspire Card for online account access. Click “Not Enrolled? Sign Up Now” and enter your last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number to verify your card account.
Choose your Aspire Card username and password. To create a strong password, use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
Log in with your new Aspire Card credentials. From the login page on the Aspire website or its mobile app for IOS or Android, fill out the User Name and Password fields using your new credentials, and click “Sign In” to access your account.
After you have signed up and logged in, you'll be able to manage your Aspire Card account online. You can pay your credit card bill, see card statements, monitor account activity, and change account information such as passwords and automatic payments.
If you forget your login information, click “Forgot Password or User Name” on the Aspire login page. Then, follow the prompts to reset or retrieve your username or password.
You can make an Aspire® Cash Back Reward Card payment online, by phone, through the Aspire mobile app or by mail. To pay an Aspire Card bill online, log in to your online account and click on “Make Payment.” Then, choose how much to pay, when to pay it, and where the payment is coming from. Aspire does allow cardholders to set up automatic payments, too.
The Aspire Card annual fee is $49 - $175 for the first year and $0 - $49 after that. The Aspire Card also charges cardholders monthly fees, starting with the second year an account is open.

The Aspire Card's starting credit limit is $350. This limit is guaranteed for everyone approved for the card. Your initial credit limit might be more, though, depending on your creditworthiness.
Unfortunately, there's no way to request a credit limit increase. But the issuer will periodically review your account to see if you're eligible for a higher credit limit.
You can apply for the Aspire Cardonline, or by responding to a mail offer. When you apply online, you start by completing a form to see if you pre-qualify. Note that pre-qualification does not guarantee final approval. Pre-qualification triggers a soft inquiry on your credit report, and if you're accepted you will be given an offer. If I could give it zero stars, I would! This is a horrible card. I made my payment on the same day it was due, and they still assessed me a late charge. I have been home sick, and it had slipped my mind, but I still made it on the same day, and they still charged me. I would not recommend this card to anyone! Please, if you can get a card somewhere else, do so!

I am not giving any stars to this company since they don’t deserve it not one bit. I had the Aspire credit card for at least two years now and I know for a fact that it should be paid off by now and I had a 0% interest on it and a 15.9% APR. and my monthly payment was $23.60 a month and that is what I was paying and then I started paying $28 a month just to help but Aspire kept on saying that I haven’t been making my payments and that is a lie when I have been and I only missed one payment since my bank account was hacked into and that was the reason why I wasn’t able to pay and I did let them know that as well and I did let them know that I was laid off and on disability as well but they didn’t really care one bit plus all they have been telling me is nothing but lies plus they put me on one of there programs and that isn’t that isn’t working either and that is a lie as well !!!!!!!

Horrible is putting it mildly. Do not open a card with them! One day late and they suspend all privileges! I have a $97 balance and my card is suspended. Well, now they can go to you know where because I will never use this card again!!! Just paid in full!!!!

They are charging me 35%, which is high, plus a $10 monthly maintenance fee. Then they just sent me an email saying I am eligible for a credit increase, but if approved, I have to pay a flat fee of $49.95. What a joke. I will be paying this card off next month. All of my other cards just raised my limit.

I opened my account in 2021 and on 2-2-24, Aspire closed my account because they said I made too many payments on my account in one month. I read my contract, and nowhere does the contract state that I can only make a certain number of payments per month. I pay my account in full every month. This company has people working in their fraud department who are engaging in wrongful behavior/ fraud. I spoke with a supposed supervisor in the fraud department named Veronica, and she provided me with misleading information. I asked for the corporate phone number, and Veronica gave me a number that goes to their customer service department. This company should be closed down because they have violated my consumer rights and federal rights with misleading information.

Had this card, along with others, for a long time until I found out they would never increase my limit. Was just charged an annual fee and then they want a $10 monthly maintenance fee for such a low limit. I said forget it; already have better cards. They didn't care. Sad company.

Don't, just don't! For those of us at the mercy of credit reporting agencies, we sometimes must swallow our pride and apply for cards like Aspire. They charge a ridiculous yearly fee of $99 (which, by the way, they will reduce to $74 if you call to complain about it), but besides that, they also charge a $10 monthly "maintenance fee." Stay away from these greedy companies. There are so many other options.

I reported fraudulent charges on my card, and it took over two months for anyone to take action on my case. During this time, I have been charged late fees and interest that they refuse to reverse and make my credit available to me. In order for me to access my credit, they force me to make payments based on fraudulent charges and interest. They literally held my account hostage until I made a payment based on charges that weren't mine. They do not take customer service seriously at all. They bounce you around like a tennis ball, telling you that you need to call this department and that department, each telling you to call another department and so forth. I have not been able to use my card for about three months now, because that’s how long it has taken for any action on my case for any reversal of charges, for any reversal of interest, or anything of that sort. They have suspended my account, forcing me to pay for charges that are not mine.

I actually liked my credit card. Of course, I messed up and wasn't able to make the payments, but when I was making the payments with my debit card, the account would update immediately. They reported to the credit bureaus and everything. However, I bit off more than I could chew with four credit cards. I wish I would've treated this one more seriously because Capital One will put a 5-7 day hold on any payment made over $200. This card NEVER did that. I once owed $447 of $500 and needed to pick up a rental car in Orlando within 15 minutes. I knew Capital One would put a hold on the payment so I paid the balance on this card and was able to pick up my rental immediately. If I'm ever approved again, I will definitely put this one back into my back pocket. Don't overlook this card. Just make sure you make your payments within 3-4 months or they will close the account. I will pay them when I get my tax refund and hopefully, they'll let me reapply. Hope this helps. And no, I don't work for this company, nor am I a fake person.

Lmao capital one is actually a great company and when u make the payment even the full amount it gets credited to the card right away no holds.. capital one actually is one of the best cards to build credit with cause they make reports of all payments made.. so I’m pretty convinced ? % u either work for or was paid to make this comment about this company. ? ??

I have had their card for approximately three years, paying on time every month. I've had a zero balance since November 2022. I use my credit cards sparingly and for emergencies. My credit is good, and I have approximately $25,000 in credit with various card issuers, using about 2-3% of my available credit. I received a text message instructing me to pay my Aspire bill. After logging into my account, I found a $10.00 balance for a $5.00 "monthly maintenance fee." When I called customer service, which is fully outsourced overseas with representatives speaking limited English, I found them to be curt. They informed me that the terms of the credit card had changed, which I had not been notified of in November. They stated that I would now be charged a monthly fee regardless of a balance. I do not pay monthly or yearly fees on any credit card and refused to start. The representative said he would close my account if I did not agree to the monthly fees. I didn't agree, and he closed my account. I later called back to speak with a supervisor to express my concerns about how casually my account was closed and the lack of effort to retain me as a customer. The supervisor was also dismissive and informed me that if I didn't like it, that was too bad. It's clear that Aspire and its representatives do not prioritize customer care or demonstrate professionalism. If you're in dire need of a card, be aware that you will encounter subpar customer support, a monthly maintenance fee, and a high interest rate. If possible, consider other providers for better treatment. Businesses with such practices should not thrive.
