I use this card for everything, including bills, to build up rewards. I pay-as-I-go, meaning, I charge, I pay online so as to never accrue interest. The rewards do take a while and a lot of spending, but I'm not going to complain, I used them for a First Class round trip airline ticket, so as long as you are responsible, this is a great card!

I am very happy with the miles this card has allowed me to build. The interest rate is quite high after the introductory rate though. I went on a trip and paid for my hotel and rental car for a week with the rewards I earned with this card. I would recommend this card to anyone who does a lot of traveling.

This is one of the best credit cards out there for someone's first card. There is no annual fee, 0% APR starting out, and more. If you spend $2000 in 3 months you receive 20000 bonus miles as well.

Do your homework and you'll see that this is one of the best starter cards out there. No annual fee, decent 0% intro APR purchases period, $0 fraud liability, and much more. Plus I like that I can finally personalize my card with my own image, which in my case, was a good one of my cats, hahah. These are the things that attracted me to Capital One's VentureOne Rewards card, and what keeps me a loyal member... until a better card and card deal come along. Until then, this one really is as good as it gets, folks.

The Capital One Venture Rewards card has been an excellent card for my every day purchases. The rewards program isn't as great as some other cards but the 20,000 signup bonus is excellent in my view. To make up for the mediocre rewards program you get no annual fee, a relatively low APR and excellent customer service. Also, since I bank with Capital One I can make automated payments from my checking account and never have to worry about missing a payment or being late.

The Capital One VentureOne rewards card is pretty great. I have been using it for a while and have almost no complaints. While there is no cash back, they give you a 20,000 mile bonus if you spend up to $2,000 in your first three months. After that, they give you 1.25 miles per $1 that you spend, so points can add up quickly. They also let you fly on any airline without any blackout dates, which has personally come in handy. Another thing I enjoy about the bonuses is that they let you redeem you miles for hotel rooms, which everybody should do in my opinion.

The Capital one Ventureone rewards card has been a card that I've used for a while now. The bonus was getting the 20,000 miles at sign up. The 1.25 miles per $1 spent doesn't add up super fast as I don't use the card for any major purchases. I have bought a few things like a computer and a TV and i'm up near 32,000 miles now though so it’s added up decently quick in a little over a year. The rate is pretty good and I’ve been pretty happy so far with the card and company when I needed customer service. I would recommend the card to others.

The Capital One VentureOne Rewards Credit Card has been my everyday card for many years now. I use it on everything from car payments to food shopping. The card offers amazing rewards that add up quickly. I have used this card on many important occasions. I used it to help my friend get back to florida and there were no issues at all. My favorite thing about this card would have to be the extremely helpful customer service.

Capital One is great. I have had my card for 4 years now. I can easily view my account online and get up to date information concerning my account. I can easily make payments online in a matter of seconds. They also have a really great iPhone application. I highly recommend Capital One for all your credit card needs.

The Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card is an excellent card for any frequent flyer such as myself. I was approved very quickly and the no annual fees combined with the competitive APR make this card a must have. I travel often for work so getting discounts on hotels, car rentals and getting airline miles is a huge plus. Another benefit of the Capital One Venture card is definitely the online website. The website is very well designed and it makes my purchases and points very easy to track. I definitely recommend this card to anyone that frequently travels as it is a life saver!

I have this card and I really enjoy it. I like to travel often so the initial bonus miles were great, and earning miles for every purchase is even better. I have a nice low interest rate, as well.

I was called by Capital One a couple of months ago and informed that my current card was going to be upgraded to a Venture card. It was just in time for Holiday shopping and travel. This was my first rewards card so I must say it's having this benefit. I now use this card for most of my daily purchases and just pay it off at the end of every month. Capital One has a great iOS app that allows you to track your points, and purchases. Coupled with decent APR and no annual fee this card is a must have for anyone out there.

I have used Capital One VentureOne for almost 4 years now. It is a great card to have. It was very easy to get approved online. I filled out the card application online, was approved, and they mailed the card to me within a week. I use the card often for work and traveling with family. Setting up an online account is very easy and quick. Customer support is handy 24/7. No annual fees and decent APR makes this Capital One VentureOne card a must have for anyone who is a frequent flyer. I highly recommend this card.

The Capital One Venture card's features are simply one of the best! I got the card mostly for the travel reward points it offers. I live too far from my family and often fly to visit my brothers. The bonus miles I receive in terms of reward points would easily benefit my travel expenses. And since I travel frequently, there is a good chance of the card getting stolen and the Venture Card covers this with a $0 fraud liability. This combined with a 24 hr travel assistance and cash advance is simply an irresistable deal! It covers most of my needs and I simply love the card!

Thank you for the information. I have been curious about this particular credit card so it's good to know this one offers bonus miles, $0 fraud liability, cash advances, and 24 hour travel assistance. All great features!

I have had this card for about a year and a half and am very pleased. The online interface is easy to use, so managing purchases and payments is very easy. I am able to set up balance alerts, payment reminders, and other email alerts that make managing payments very easy. I pay on time and in full each month, so my rewards have accumulated quickly. I have used both the Purchase Eraser function and the balance credit function. You get a much better value out of your points with the Travel Purchase Eraser, so I always make sure to book travel on this card and then I can use more

By reading through the card, I found out the nice features that it has to offers customers like myself. The information that had caught my eye was that Capital One offers )% on purchases until November 2014, which is for a year and that the interest rates were at a reasonable rates ranging from 11.9 to 19%. Also I was happy to see that there was a zero annual fee for the card, something that wasn't zero in my previous card. And to top off all the positive things, Capital one offers plenty of rewards for their customers like 1.25 miles per dollar on every purchase and every day purchases, more

This is a really neat card. I've had it for a few years and I use it primarily for travel expenses. It's quite convenient and loaded with cool benefits. I didn't even know this when I first got it but I've earned 1.25 miles per dollar on every purchase which goes a long ways once you start to use the card. When I initially signed up, I received 10,000 bonus miles which I applied towards an airline ticket. The APR isn't the lowest but the rate is competitive and there isn't a limit on rewards miles. Besides flights, you can also use your reward miles for hotel accommodations, car rentals, more

This card is among my favorite I've had during the years of using credit cards, this card has so much to offer with so little drawbacks. It's basically a must have card for travelers. How can you dislike a card that offers you rewards just for using it. One thing I love about this card is there is no interest until November 2014, can't go wrong with that. After the 0 percent intro rate is done it's around 11 percent with people with good credit like myself, which there is no complaints there. Another perk to this card is there is $0 Fraud Liability if your card is lost or more

I have been very impressed with the Capital One Rewards Card. They are very possibly the originator of the Rewards concept. They are very easy to do business with and they tell you everything you need to know before you sign on the dotted line. The offer online services so you can see exactly where you are with them at anytime of the month. They even offer an express payment option so your payments are posted almost immediately. Another great thing about their service is that they will up your credit limit in six months or less, if you pay on time. An outstanding card from a great company.

This card is a really great card to own, there is no annual fee and the money that you spend on this card gets you rewards. I live away from my family so using this card, for everyday purchases (because visa can be used almost anywhere), gives me the opportunity to redeem for traveling back home to see my loved ones. The best part of that is it can be used on any airline with no black out dates. The holidays are almost here and I plan on using this card for my shopping expenses because for the first 3 months I get a bonus of 10,000 miles on my more

Out of all my credit cards, the Capital One VentureOne Rewards Credit Card is at the top of my list. They offer rewards that I can actually use while not making the amount that I need to spend outrageous. The introduction interest rate is one of the best deals that you will find and the interest rate after that period is not bad at all. I have never had a bad experience with the customer service and have had a couple of purchase errors removed from my charges at no hassle. I love it! The 24-hour travel & emergency assistance feature on the card allows me to travel without the more

This is my favorite credit card out of all the cards I have. The Capital One VentureOne card gives a standard cash back of 1.25% on all purchases every day with no annual fee. This is pretty good because you normally see cards give 1% back, and if it's anything more they require an annual fee. SInce I try to maximize my rewards I use multiple cards, and would never break even on the annual fee of the other Venture card w/ 2% back because I don't use it for all my purchases. This is just good card to use when I go to a store and don't know how more

Well, I can definitely say I've had positive experiences with my Capital One VentureOne card. I actually switched my American Express card for the VentureOne card a few years ago. I get the same extra benefits with this card without the cost and it is accepted in many more places. This card is one I use on everyday purchases as well as very large purchases. I've had great experiences in protection when dealing with wrong merchant charges or possible fraud incidences. It was very comforting to know they are on top of things. Also, excellent travel awards, and no transaction fees. Definitely recommended.

I really like not having an annual fee for this card. That is a big plus when you live on a somewhat tight budget. With so many cards having fees, it's great to finally have one that doesn't. I also like the rewards with this card. I immediately received points just for getting this card. How great is that! Now I can definitely lower my out of pocket travel costs. I think that is absolutely wonderful. However, my favorite thing about Capital One is the customer service. The few times I've had an issue, the agents I've spoken to were very helpful and have solved those problems immediately.

I've been a Capital One customer for around 10 years now. I am planning on spending the next year or so mostly traveling, so I chose this card specifically with that in mind. I've had cards from other providers, but what has always stood out about Capital One has been their great customer service. Not to step on any toes, but as others have mentioned, it's nice to have friendly, English speaking customer service that you can reach quickly. I had a problem with a stolen card some time ago and it was taken care of and they removed the bogus charges very quickly. So, in short, I look forward more

I got a Capital One Venture One card when we were travelling on vacation to Europe. I wanted this card, because it's one of the few credit cards that offers no transaction fees on foreign transactions. This meant we could use it while we were in Europe without being charged up to 3% (other credit card companies) for each transaction. I can't tell you how much money we saved from this feature alone! In addition, this card allows you to earn Venture miles on every purchase, and you can redeem these miles to get gift cards, various products, travel adventures, and more. I would definitely recommend this card, especially for more

I applied for the Capital One Venture Rewards Card as I wanted a card that would give me travel mileage benefits. In this case, as soon as you sign up, you earn 10,000 travel miles instantly. With the Capital One Venture Rewards Card you can redeem miles for airline tickets, hotel rooms, car rentals which is why I use it specifically for business trips and business conferences out of state and out of the country. There is also no limit on the miles you can earn and miles don't expire. I highly recommend this card if you travel for your occupation or if you are a frequent vacationer. Best Card more

When considering a new credit card I really wanted something that would take my credit to the next level that's why I decided on the Capital One Venture Rewards Card. It has so much to offer that even similar cards cant match it. Lets start with the obvious as soon as you sign up you earn 10.000 travel miles. Then you get 1.25 miles for every dollar you spend and when you have used your card for a 1,000$ of purchases or more when you get another 10,000 bonus travel miles. Simply amazing. Although this is not my go to card it cant be beat for travel.

I've been a long time customer of Capital One and currently have 4 of their cards including the Venture card. There's no annual fee which is a big plus as most sub-prime cards require an annual fee. Capital One is a little hard to get credit limit increases from, but that's common with most companies now after the recession. In a few years, it will probably pick back up. Overall I've had nothing but good experiences with Capital One and with my Venture card.

I got the Capital One Venture card as a gift to myself for rebuilding my credit score out of the gutter. I had never been able to have a credit card which offered rewards miles, but then again, I've never really been able to do much traveling, being a poor, ramen-eating college student as I was. I love the fact that they give ten thousand miles right away, because I decided to put it to use right away. I have never had a single problem using the card, and never any need to raise disputes over charges or my bill so far, so I can't really gauge their trouble shooting more

The best thing about this card is obvious... When you sign up, 10,000 bonus miles. I fly all the time, and this is the first card that came with bonus miles AND that covered what are usually "blackout" dates. Other cards will often let you earn points, but only if you're flying when you normally wouldn't fly, like the middle of June or the first week in December. The miles don't expire, either, which is great. I travel a lot, so I'm always renting cars, too, and when I use the VentureOne reward card, my insurance on rental cars is covered. I've never had a problem with this card, and more

Capital One is a great company to have a credit card with. They always have competitive rates and the best rewards. Each month I put all of my expenses onto my card and then pay it off at the beginning of the next month so that I don't incur an interest fee. This includes my power bill, water bill, cell phone, cable and internet bills. I also put all of my groceries and gas on the card. I can build up points fast this way. For my birthday, I bought myself an Apple iPad from the points. It was great to have this ability.

I have been using my Capital One Venture card for several years. It has always been reliable. About once a year, I will either ask for a credit increase or a lower interest rate. Last year, when I asked for a lower interest rate, they gladly knocked off 1.5%. All I had to do was ask! The year before that I had to have some expensive and unplanned car repairs done. When I called Capital One's customer service line, I explained the situation to the rep and he was able to bump up my limit by $1000 even though I only needed $700. Having the extra $300 was a nice more

Capital One was one of the first cards that started coming when I turned 18. After a while I got sent this one. My credit score isn’t excellent, but it’s not bad either. I do like the card… I’m not a huge fan of customer service, but that happens. I’ve had zero problems using my card when I needed it. However, I did forget to pay until the very last minute a couple of months ago. I tried to pay just as it hit 5pm. It wouldn’t let me. I dreaded calling them because truthfully I can never understand anyone on the other end. The lady I spoke to didn’t more

Being new to US with no credit history, I got a pre-approved offer for this card. Got a CL of $500 and a letter saying that it will increase to $750 after 5 months of paying on time atleast the minimum.
I am happy with the cashback and generally don't let the usage ratio over 30%. But if I had to do things over, I would probably have taken a secured card for a much higher credit limit ($2500) as I could have afforded it and got it unsecured after a year or two. The low limit plain sucks and I am still thinking of getting another secured card to supplement the credit limit.

I had this credit card for many years, and still use it today, but not as my primary credit card. That is because Capital One offers newer cards that also have no annual fee but with more cash back. The main reason we still hold onto our Capital One Venture card is because it is great for making purchases in other countries. When we went on our honeymoon we used the Venture card for all our purchases and didn't get charged a single transaction fee. It was so nice not having to do a money exchange or even having to think about exchange rates and fees associated with them. Still more

One of the better Capital One cards out there. There is no annual fee, and you get 1.25% back on every purchase, with no limit on how many points you can earn. You can then redeem these points for things like gift cards, travel, or even a statement credit (though points are worth half as much as a statement credit). Another perk is no foreign transaction fees on international purchases too!

Customer service is pretty good. I had my card number stolen and used to buy an airline ticket, Capital One notified me of the charge and had it taken off my account with a single phone call.

I have been using my Capital One Venture card for several years. Overall my impression of them is positive. I agree with an earlier reviewer that the customer service is better than most, ie they speak English well and you only have to go through two or three menu prompts before you are speaking to an actual person. I do travel internationally alot and the fact that there are no foreign transaction fees really is a great value. The interest rate on my card is average--not spectacularly good but not bad either. I would imagine that varies person to person and according to the terms you sign up with though. more

I have been using Capital One for quite some time and occasionally I will run into problems with this company. As with all credit card companies, there can be the sense that they are "tricking" you. However, with Capital one I have at least not lost my temper. The customer service is better than most companies and I really have no complaints other than when they try to get you to upgrade or sign up for services you don't care for. The rewards program starts out pretty slow in the beginning and I thought I would never see the day I got to use my miles for anywhere farther than more
