I received a capital one pre paid gift card for Christmas. It was a grest gift because this card could be used at any place. I used it for the first time at a retail store yesterday and it worked great. I never thought I would get a card like this as a gift. I recommend for others to do the same thing.

I love this card. I use the maximum each month then pay it off so I get the maximum number of miles possible. I've already bought 3 pane tickets with it and am working on saving up for a really big one in a year or so - this is especially complimented by the fact that there are no foreign transaction fees (my bank charges these fees and it's really annoying).

Like someone else said, I do wish that you could redeem part of your points for discounts on airfare, but it's not a deal breaker for me. Otherwise, I love the card and would highly recommend it!

I really like this card for the earning of $1 for every 1.25 miles and no transaction fees even for foreign transaction for purchases. Also there is no annual fee is another cool feature. But the real mess up is Max late fee,it is $35 and looks like really high. Customer care assistant is seems very good.Online response mentioned as "No" and it is not really cool for my side.

The card is great for day to day transactions and even greater to travel with, no transaction fees, 1.25 points for all purchases, accident coverage when renting a vehicle, reliable customer service if you loose your card, 24/7 monitoring of your account and the ability to pay your travel expenses with points. The CO website and app are easy to navigate, monitor your account and even pay your bill from abroad. Last but not least the ability to carry your favorite picture on your card.

What I love most about this card is that there is not limit to what I can earn in rewards. What I hate most about other rewards cards is the fact they put ridiculous limits on what you can earn and even how you can spend it.I got this card just for travelling and vacations because the card comes with no annual fees and every dollar spent on travel is always rewarded with miles that can be redeemed at any time since they do not expire which is a great thing if you want to get the most for your dollar

I've had great experiences with this card, which was good because I had some issues with cards in the past. Some erroneous charges were placed but got dismissed with no hassle at all, and any other issues were cleared up immediately. The rewards are pretty good, especially if you pay attention and try to get the most out of it.

I've had my venture card for several years now. The only thing that I don't enjoy is that you have to have x amount of miles to cash them in. I wish it could be a partial cash in, but you can use the miles for something other than just miles. The only other problem I would say is that Captial One RARELY lowers your APR. Other than that, I enjoy my card and they have the latest chip technology for less chance of fraud.

Great card! Been with Cap One now for over 10 years. Never any issues. I have mostly reward cards since you can get something back. And you can do well with this type of card. Had a couple of charges I did not make & they took them off immediately.

I’ve had my card for about a year now and I’m not disappointed. I shopped around for a while between cards the last time and finally settled on this mostly for travel. I have to hoof around quite a bit and it’s a good combo incentive to tie in the miles. It’s nice to have some expenses taken care of as a bonus to building good credit. I’d recommend having one for any traveler who needs credit.

I have the Capital One Venture One Visa Signature Card, and this is a GREAT CARD! Earning 1.25 miles per dollar spent is better than the standard 1 point per dollar, or 1 point per 2 dollars, and way better than the Chase Sapphire card. I have called Customer Service several times and get through and get VERY GOOD assistance right away. I have had a No Hassle Cap One card for about 10 years and upgraded to the Venture One Visa Sig card and have not had any issues with either card. I also have the Sapphire Preferred and have cancelled it since it charges an annual fee. I more

I have been using this card for a little bit over 18 months. The main reason that I chose this card was that I was looking for the best airline miles reward card and I believe that I have found it. i just got back from my first trip for which I used my miles and it was outstanding having that part of the trip paid for. Very reasonable rates and a generous limit are all huge plusses as well!

i have this card for about a year now and i love this card as this 20,000 miles on every $1000 spend is very useful for me as i love to travel and i can use these miles on airfares of any airlines and to book hotels. you can travel whenever you want there is no blackout date. these miles does not expire so you can use them anytime you want. Plus this card is very useful while you are traveling as there is no foreign transaction fee so i never forget to take this card while traveling. one more nice feature of this card which you can use while more

The 20,000 bonus miles are not given on every $1,000 you spend, but rather is a one-time bonus once you spend $1,000 on purchases within the first 3 months.

This is a great card. as a college student just learning the ropes of credit, this was the first credit card that I got, and I'm glad I went with a provider as reputable as capital one and the venturone card for my first one. The company has been great at providing me all of the information I ask for and any assistance that I need.

I absolutely love this card. Instant approval, very generous limit and 20,000 miles when you spend 1000.00 within the first 3 months! I was planning the family vacation when I applied. I was able to take the credit against my balance and utilize the airline membership. I can use the card for any type of charges! Interest rate is low, but I do believe that it is based on your FICO score. I truly love what is in my wallet!

I have had my Capitol One VentureOne Rewards Credit Card for nearly one year now, and I really enjoy it! The 20,000 miles bonus once you spend 1000 has gained me enough miles to take a vacation soon. I'm supposed to be able to choose whatever airline or hotel I want. My friends travel a lot too, for festivals and sightseeing. Its going to be great to be able to meet up with them in whatever hotel they are staying in.

Capital One Venture credit card is the best I had a whole lot of emergency uses for it. There is no over limit fee the max APR is 29.4 % you can get a cash advance in case you need it. You can use your card for a rental car like I did and it was a great help. It also has a smart chip to help prevent fraud. The best part about the capital One Venture card is the free credit score tracker. To get approved took me a while they do not have an Online Response System but other than that It's all right. I you use it more

I have had the Venture rewards card from Capital One for almost three years now. There are good and bad things about this account. First of all starting off I must say Capital One is generous with their credit lines on this account. Even if you start out with a small limit it will increase over time as long as you are responsible. That being said besides the credit limit increases that come with the account the rewards are good IF you use the account a lot to build them up. The interest rate that comes with this account is high. When I opened the account, my credit wasn't bad more

This is another credit card that seems great initially, then you realize it's been designed to separate you from your money (like ALL credit cards). You don't have to have great credit to get it, and that's fine, I understand that from time to time making purchases on a credit card is desirable. The only thing that should matter is the interest rate: on this card, it's 11.9 to 19.9 which is bad enough, but just look at the completely insane penalty rates and cash advance fees. That's nearly 25% interest for a cash advance, and max penalty is 29.4, keep in mind folks, this is what they are advertising more

What I love most about this card is that there is not limit to what I can earn in rewards. What I hate most about other rewards cards is the fact they put ridiculous limits on what you can earn and even how you can spend it. And on top of this wonderful level of freedom with my rewards the interest rate is not very high at all. Overall it is a great card and I would recommend to anyone I know!

I really LOVE my Venture rewards card. When I first got an offer, my credit was not the best. I applied and was approved! I was even able to choose my design, I really nice sunset. I continued to use the card and pay on time. My credit score has increased significantly due to the use of the card. I attribute my increase to the use of the card. rewards are a bonus to an already awesome card. The customer service is excellent as well. I can get a person on the other end, not an automated system spinning me from one main menu to another. I would recommend this more

I have had the Capital One VentureOne Rewards card for about a year now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I took advantage of the sign up bonus, there is no annual fee, and the rewards are exceptional! I always use this card which allows me to take advantage of the excellent rewards. I have had a few interactions with customer service and they have always acted in a prompt and professional manner. I highly recommend this card to everyone!

The Capital One VentureOne Rewards credit card is a great card for those who have excellent credit (a FICO credit score above 720). The rewards of the card are fairly competitive, with a bonus of 20,000 miles once you spend $1,000 on purchases within the first 3 months, unlimited 1.25 miles on every purchase, every day, and there's no limit to how many rewards you can earn and redeem. There are also no blackout dates, and the miles you earn do not expire.

The maximum late fee that can be charged is $25, which is not bad, but if you're using this card, late fees are not something you're generally going more

I got this card just for travelling and vacations because the card comes with no annual fees and every dollar spent on travel is always rewarded with miles that can be redeemed at any time since they do not expire which is a great thing if you want to get the most for your dollar. Apart from that they also give you a sign up bonus if you meet some minimum requirements within the first three months of activating your card and the cards come with a zero APR for a year then the regular APR kicks in. Generally it is the best card to have if you travel alot.

I've had my card for a while, and I've really enjoyed the rewards. (I cashed them in for an Amazon card!) Also, when I was out of a job and couldn't pay the minimum balance one month I was able to call them up and get the payment waived for that month. I'm not getting rid of this card any time soon.

I use this card for everything, including bills, to build up rewards. I pay-as-I-go, meaning, I charge, I pay online so as to never accrue interest. The rewards do take a while and a lot of spending, but I'm not going to complain, I used them for a First Class round trip airline ticket, so as long as you are responsible, this is a great card!

I am very happy with the miles this card has allowed me to build. The interest rate is quite high after the introductory rate though. I went on a trip and paid for my hotel and rental car for a week with the rewards I earned with this card. I would recommend this card to anyone who does a lot of traveling.

This is one of the best credit cards out there for someone's first card. There is no annual fee, 0% APR starting out, and more. If you spend $2000 in 3 months you receive 20000 bonus miles as well.

Do your homework and you'll see that this is one of the best starter cards out there. No annual fee, decent 0% intro APR purchases period, $0 fraud liability, and much more. Plus I like that I can finally personalize my card with my own image, which in my case, was a good one of my cats, hahah. These are the things that attracted me to Capital One's VentureOne Rewards card, and what keeps me a loyal member... until a better card and card deal come along. Until then, this one really is as good as it gets, folks.

The Capital One Venture Rewards card has been an excellent card for my every day purchases. The rewards program isn't as great as some other cards but the 20,000 signup bonus is excellent in my view. To make up for the mediocre rewards program you get no annual fee, a relatively low APR and excellent customer service. Also, since I bank with Capital One I can make automated payments from my checking account and never have to worry about missing a payment or being late.

The Capital One VentureOne rewards card is pretty great. I have been using it for a while and have almost no complaints. While there is no cash back, they give you a 20,000 mile bonus if you spend up to $2,000 in your first three months. After that, they give you 1.25 miles per $1 that you spend, so points can add up quickly. They also let you fly on any airline without any blackout dates, which has personally come in handy. Another thing I enjoy about the bonuses is that they let you redeem you miles for hotel rooms, which everybody should do in my opinion.

The Capital one Ventureone rewards card has been a card that I've used for a while now. The bonus was getting the 20,000 miles at sign up. The 1.25 miles per $1 spent doesn't add up super fast as I don't use the card for any major purchases. I have bought a few things like a computer and a TV and i'm up near 32,000 miles now though so it’s added up decently quick in a little over a year. The rate is pretty good and I’ve been pretty happy so far with the card and company when I needed customer service. I would recommend the card to others.
