These people make it difficult to pay on your account. They send you to different apps, etc., just to make you late! I tried paying on it via debit card, but they wanted my checking account to pay through. You never know when it's going to be processed, which made me late no matter when I paid it (always before the due date). I would never recommend this card for any reason.

I made a payment of over $300 on my $1,000 limit to pay off my entire balance. They took the money from my checking account, but the funds will not be credited to my account for about two weeks. It's not a good card if you want to use it frequently.

Cerulean Card Services has been made aware that my card was stolen, and someone attempted to use it to make a very large purchase. The purchase was approved for $932.49, and within an hour of this transaction, I called them immediately to inform them of the incident because I was unaware that my card was not in my possession.
I was told I would not be held liable for unauthorized transactions. However, almost 20 days later, the charges have not yet been removed from my account, and I'm getting the runaround and incomplete answers from any customer representative I speak to.
At first, I was told a credit would be issued to my account, and then an investigation would be launched. No credit was issued to my account the day of or a week after the report. When I called back, I was told it could take up to 3-10 days before an investigator is assigned to the claim, and no credit would be issued until someone is on the case. Then, over 10 days later, I've reached out yet again, and I'm being told it can take 3 to 4 weeks before an investigator is assigned or anything is done about it. And now, after calling again to follow up, I'm being told there's no actual time estimate for when an investigation will be completed or any funds credited. Meanwhile, this charge and utilization are being reported to my credit bureau and dropping my score.
It doesn't seem like this company intends to follow through with any promises made to me. With every phone call and long hold time, my only resolution is, "Your complaint has been noted, and there's nothing else we can do."
My biggest concern is, after enough time goes by, if the company tries to hold me liable for the transaction, there's now very little proof I could gather or obtain to clear my name. They're letting all this time go by, and it really is concerning and seems very shady.
I am writing to the Better Business Bureau to try and look into this matter further to see if there are any other channels I can use to get results for a more conclusive answer.

Not sure what kind of scam this company is running. Applied for card and was requested to upload some documents. Uploaded and took a screen shot of the confirmation of the upload. Waited 2 weeks with no reply. Called to find out they said they didn’t receive documents. I had them cancel the application. Not worth dealing with this type of company and all the bad reviews seem to be on point. No thanks is to Credit karma who had pushed this card and promised $50 If not approved.

I applied via Credit Karma who said my chances were outstanding. Credit Karma said they would pay 50 dollars if not approved. I provided the company with all required documents and never heard anything back. Credit Karma said I did not complete the application. I now have a decrease in my credit score because of this. Hope no one else gets scammed by these two companies!

First of all i paid off my card and there is no balance. My card shows wear and when i go to use it because of the wear it wont go through. So i call cs to ask for a replacement card and she tells me we dont do that we only can report it lost or stolen. I said well the card is in my possession and it isnt stolen or lost. She then asks me questions as if it were stolen . I mean this company has zero cs skills. So i called back and canceled the card and explained that i should not have to get a new card and get a new login as if i'm a new customer. Please go to Capital One, Merrick or anywhere before trying this card. They post your payment weeks later and their customer service is absolutely the worst.

If FALSE ADVERTISING was a person, its name would be cerulean credit card. I only accepted this card because it CLAIMED that my available credit would double after 6 months of on time payments. LIES. I have excellent credit. I have 4 cards with over 20k limits so this rant is about the principle. Approved for 800.00 3 1/2 yrs ago. Called and after 20 minutes on hold, the rep came back congratulating me for an increase of $250.00. UNACCEPTABLE. I just called to see if this could be resolved. No resolution = Cancellation. If you REALLY want a card that doubles..apply with Merrick Bank. I don't think there's an annual fee either.

Can someone say bait and switch. I paid the fee expecting to have a full functioning credit card.
So far I have three major issues with this card.
1. You cant use your card at the gas pump. It is a limitation of the card. 2. The online account access is limited to one card. So if you have another card from the same company you have to create a separate account. 3. The call center automated assistant is horrible and often does not have an option for what you are looking to do.

this card is the worst , if you want to pay in full they say that is too much money and its system does not accepted.
